I highly consider this size over the smaller one. For the price different it is worth it and it has built in light which the smaller one doesent have. Overall I would high recommend if your on a budget but want the best bang for your buck

I got a thermometer and placed it inside the freezer and kept adjusting the setting on the freezer until I got the temp to 20 degrees where I want it and to my amazement the know was almost to it's lowest setting. WOW!!!

While I wish it was self-defrosting, I set this up in March, and although there is a thin layer of frost near the top, it has still not built up to the point where it needs defrosted. Another thing is it does occasionally make an odd whining noise, but it’s not frequent, nor is it loud enough to even hear outside the kitchen.

Best Buy delivery team put the freezer still in the box in my kitchen, and they had me sign the form and they were gone. quick as that. Your freezer works GREAT and I would recommend it to everyone.

Make sure you check and open the freezer when you purchase it Because I purchased 3 in total one after one because all of them had dents and dings on them thankfully I was able to get a refund for all of them and luckily the 3rd one was in perfect shape!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We needed another freezer so decided to go with this unit as we have had great luck with other purchase from Best Buy. We had curb side service no visible damage on box but once home I unbox and major damage to the top and side. Called to get a replacement unfortunately the store doesn’t have another one and will take 5 days to get us another one now I have to figure out where to store 100lbs of meat till the replacement will be ready to pick-up. The metal is very thin so this damage could have been caused by many things we will definitely do a open box inspection before leaving the store next time. Customer service was fast and prompt to handle the situation.

Purchased so I can cut visits to supermarket and incase we get Covid shutdown again. I am so happy I purchased from Best Buy Curb side pick up. If we get shut down again I won’t have to pay the higher costs.
