    Never had a problem with Amazon Firestick. When you first open it, it requires more pressure than you expect and you fear you're going to break it. As far as the device itself, it's good quality and sends the signal fast enough. Doesn't suck the batteries dry as quickly as some remotes can. Haven't used the Alexa feature and probably won't.
