Over the ears headphones. Sounds is good. No so much comfortable but it does his purpose.

I bought these to replace a headset that had been stolen. These were considerably less expensive, but the sound quality seems to be just as good. My only complaint is that they are a little bit tight on my ears. I have to take them off for a few minutes every hour or so to relieve the pressure. Adjusting them doesn't really help, because it makes them too long, so the ear pads hang down past my ears. I use the headset for online tutoring and occasional Zoom meetings, and it's certainly adequate for that purpose. Since I'm not a gamer, I can't speak to how well they perform in those situations.

I appreciate how prompt Best buy is. They are fast and efficient and display excellent customer service.

Needed a cheap usb headset for teams and other collaborative meetings and this does a great job!

I publish flight sim training videos on YouTube using Pilotedge, a simulated ATC network with live controllers. Everything in the video comes in very nice, clear and without any real noise. Unfortunately, a bit *too* clearly. In between chatting with ATC, I am "flying" enroute and I hear my deep nasal breathing. To be honest, I sound like a very out of shape person who just ran up several flight of stairs. I don't breathe that heavily, and I thought this mic was noise cancelling. For the price, you likely can't go wrong except maybe bring the mic further away from your nose?

I bought this headset for work to work from home. It is a comfy pair of headset on the ears, I like the padding and the mic is on the left side but I wish it was on the right as it is more comfortable for me but it’s not a big issue. It is very clear when talking through the headset, I can hear the recipient clearly and the receiver can hear me clearly as well. My only complaint was I did not find them necessarily to be noise canceling. I was in a room and could hear a conversation from another room through the wall. So I’m not sure if there is a certain range where it only works to be effectively noise canceling. Otherwise I thought they were a decent pair for the price and would recommend them.

Good for the price. Clear sound on the receiving end. Extra mute button helps.

I use these for wfh, the sound clarity is the best I have had so far! I do not have customers complaining they can not hear me, and my sound volume does not fluctuate based on how many windows I have open! Would buy again. My only complaint is they lack comfort. They are ok once you get used to them but I do have days where I have a head ache from wearing them for 8 hours

Only a day before starting my at home telemarketing job I realized that I needed a headset. I did a quick research. I read reviews and based on my budget I chose this model and I should say it was far better than what I expected. The quality of voice is amazing. It somehow filters noises of surrounding area. It's easy to use and no installation required. The only negative thing is that after 3 hours working I feel a little pressure on my ears. If only It could be more elastic I think, it would be perfect. But anyhow, I'm so happy of my choice and I made much more than what I paid, with it!

I had experience with this headset for a couple of years as a remote worker, so when my current business started having staff work from home, I looked back to this headset. The workers were attending zoom meetings and conference calls with no headset or with earbuds. They were skeptical about these Logitechs, but when they reported back to me they said their "lives had changed" by using them. They said the noise canceling feature worked great and made the meetings so much clearer. We bought six more for our other workers. Keep in mind they only work with USB. Forgot to add- they are at a great price point!

Still working well after two years. I use them to work from home and I haven't had any problems. The sound is clear, no distractions and the volume control button is a nice size. The cord is a little long for me, however it comes in handy when i turn my head or get up and forget the headset is still on. It's like a reminder because I be so busy I tend to move and for get its on my head or around my neck at times when I am not answernig calls. overall it is great for light /moderate use. i am going to upgrade to a diffrent type ,but the same brand.

For the price, this headset works great. In this period of constant Zoom meetings from home, this headset helps to minimize the noise from neighbors during work on their lawn or dogs barking outside. Sound is good. People hear me easily, much more easily than before when I was just using the microphone of the computer. Ear cups are comfortable and the USB plug in makes it easy to use. Another advantage is a volume control/mute button on the cord that makes everything easily within reach.

Comfortable and effective. Wonderful to reduce distraction for other students.

I had to buy this to shadow remotely for a new job. It got used for eight hours a day, for an entire week. I have to say, it wasn't the most comfortable thing. To be fair, I'm a bit sensitive to things pressing on my jaws. But I still think it could have fit a bit more loosely. The audio quality was okay, but with too much bass, and no way to adjust it. When you're wearing it for so long, you really need a way to adjust the sound to avoid headaches. The inclusion of a mute button and volume control was really handy, though, and found a lot of use from me. Something about the way they go on felt a bit backwards compared to regular headphones, but maybe that's just nitpicking. Either way, they served their purpose, and I don't regret buying it.

Works well for in office meetings via zoom on computer.
