Overall, I would say that I am happy with the quality and the sound of this purchase, especially considering the price, and I would more than likely re-purchase this in the future. My only complaint would be that I do not like how sensitive the mute button is.

They are comfortable and work well in Zoom meetings. I am not sure why I could not be heard during a Microsoft Teams meeting.

Great price, Works for my 5 year old grandson when we in same room and he wants to play his game and Im watching documentaries.

This is an immediate improvement over the average laptop's built-in microphone. The mic seems very directional and so with it positioned in front of your face, even with others talking in the same room, the mic will not pick them up very much (very faintly). My wife and I are often on the same video conference call from two different laptops in the same room, and by using two of these headsets we no longer have the problem of echoing, feedback, or hearing ourselves talk via the other person's microphone. The audio quality for listening is ideal for listening to voice, and just adequate for music. The marketing does not make clear that this headset offers some additional advantages. The connection to the computer is USB, and there are cord-mounted controls for volume and mute. This also means if you are having issues with your headphone plug on the laptop, you can still use this. We use zoom often these days, and this is an advantage as the mic and headset are clearly labeled as input/output sources in a list of a bunch of other sound-driver sources like Realtek (1), Realtek (2), etc... It's nice to clearly see Logitech H390, and you know you are choosing the correct device.

These were on sale and wired which is required for my work environment. They have good sound quality and are of good quality for the price. I would recommend and buy again.

Perspective - personal idiosyncrasy: I do not and have never cared for any type of headphones. However, due to circumstances beyond my control... Have used Skype since its inception in 2003. When Skype was first taken over by MS around 2011, all was well. Had and still have two paid number subscriptions. Over the years, Skype became less and less user friendly, thanks to MS sticking their tech fingers into a perfectly good program and borking it. Although I use Skype for business and personal lines, I have no need for Skype for Business and stuck with the "home" version. There are so many glitches and for the past 3 or 4 years, it became virtually worthless as a telephone subscription. I use a Skype phone. Nothing wrong with the phone, but the application is the pits. The biggest problem is constant sound problems. What use is a telephone without sound? Callers could not hear me or I could not hear them. When there was sound, voices sounded like they were under water on one or both sides. MS removed the most valuable features of Skype numbers, including the inability to leave a custom voice mail message. Missed calls are no longer logged in the application and there is NO support. MS should train aardvarks as MS Skype reps - they would likely be better informed and more supportive. Skype reps are the equivalent of: "Is your computer plugged in?" or "Did you try turning it on and off again?" Disgusted, I basically stopped using Skype, yet continued paying for two useless numbers. OK, long story a little shorter - started looking for headphones. To be clear, I have been working with computers since the MS-DOS days and love my tech. However, overwhelmed with idiotic headphone choices, I went back to basics and narrowed the search to, "lightweight, microphone, USB headphones, inexpensive". I skipped all the top search results (we all know who they are) and scrolled down to Best Buy, at the bottom of the page. And there they were! First one of Best Buy's page! Logitech - H390 USB Headset with Noise-Canceling Microphone - Black. For the price, I even paid for expedited shipping after reading the positive reviews. Excuse the megillah, but you can trust the positive reviews. I even suggest expedited shipping, so you don't have to wait a day longer than necessary for these headphones. YES! They work with Skype! YES! Calls are clear! YES! I am very happy! Who'd guessed?
