    For the price this headset was amazing. I purchased to work my part time job and thought I would have to order a more expensive headset but this one worked just fine.

    Microphone issues

    Had issues with microphone, and when you check the Logitech website it seems to be a very common issue with no information how to fix it or what the problem is. You get what you pay for, everything else works fine.

Luckily, it does come with a 2 year warranty through Logitech so we can get that replaced for you.     It works great for my job. I have no issue with connection, the mic or the sound. My clients can hear me well with a little noise in the background.

    Good mic quality/not comfortable

    I bought this cause I have a friend who uses it in gaming. The mic is decent especially for the price. It is very uncomfortable to me and the sound quality is subpar. Do not recommend especially if you are going to use it for games. I exchanged it after a day.

    These are very great for the price. I spend about 8 hours a day on meetings and it's the only way I can do that. Very good sound and no one says they can't hear me.

    The speaker went in & out from day one. I could hear perfectly fine, but couldn’t be heard, all the time.

    Not worth it….

    Purchase these headphones for work from home. They worked for 3 months and then stopped working entirely. Cord is super long and gets in the way as mush as it possibly can. I thought they were wireless and only required a usb toggle, NOPE. Sound quality was decent but I think they had more to do with the application. At times during meetings my audio would be off, without me even touching them. You get what you pay for, $25 isn’t a big investment. Definitely would have used it towards a better headset.

    Microphone has terrible 60Hz hum

    The headphones have good sound and are comfortable, but unfortunately the microphone has a terrible 60Hz hum when used with my Mac Mini, making the headset unusable. The Mac Mini uses an ungrounded power supply, so there is no easy solution to this problem. I have an older Plantronics USB headset that works perfectly with the same Mac, so I have to conclude that Logitech cut design corners on electrical noise rejection. This might work better with a laptop or some other PC, but we aware.

    Garbage. The mic went out after 3 months of use and Best Buy won’t accept the return. Bought some insignia headphones too and those only play out of 1 ear after 4 months of use. Best Buy won’t return them either.
