    Was fine until it broke.

    It worked fine but then I put it on one day and it just snapped in two. The ear cushions were not very comfortable to begin with. Really wished the mic would swing around completely so that it could be worn on either side. Probably wouldn't buy again.

    great headset. easy to control and use. sounds great on discord and streaming. this is my 2nd one due to cat chewing on cord

    I don't know who designed this headset. If you are a person who has frequent meetings everyday, I bet your ears and even brains are very uncomfortable in the end of the day! It is too tight! This product should be discontinued. I am not not sure whether the new model has the similar problem, but definitely I won't recomment this model!

    Close but no..

    I loved the feel of these headphones and they seemed well built. However, within a week the inline light (which tells you if the Mic is muted) stopped working. The also started cutting in and out (volume wise). I ended up returning them.

    The star rating would be better but while these have excellent sound quality.. they kill my ears after a couple hours of wearing them.

    They are okay. There are better options. Noise cancelling and overall sound clarity didn't impress me for the price.

    Sound is low although my volume on the laptop is all the way up. No way to adjust...

    Doesn't Work??

    I purchased this a couple of weeks ago for class. The first time it worked. The second time my instructor said that I was cutting in and out so I thought it was the internet connectivity. The third time I was recording voice over power point and when I went back to listen the voice was cut off a number of times to the point I had to stop using it all together. If it is not the headphones it may be the brand new lenovo yoga lap top I also recently purchased that is causing multiple problems. I plan to take both back this week to figure out why they are not functioning properly. Also the ear phones are not very comfortable but I don't need to wear them for long so it is OK.

    I bought these for use of my work laptop to answer calls from the call center. These are very cheaply made. Speaker on both ears. You can only wear the mic on left ear. Headset fit very tight/snug. If you wear glasses this will hurt behind your ears. Sound...monotone, no bass. No button to hang phone up when you done with call. There is a up and down volume button with a mute button. Usb connection. I dont like these at all. I wish i saved my receipt so it can be returned.

    2 weeks after I got at home the Mic We'd go in-and-out. After another week it quit working completely.

    Only lasted a month and now I am experiencing bad call quality on my side yet again. The cable stability does not seem to last long. In my experience, my call connection declines so much that my voice frequently comes through very garbled and broken up, or sounds as if I’m underwater. I would recommend a more expensive option that will last longer than this headset.

    Great earphones, awesome mic, but the USB doesn't plug in all the way, so the headphones will work... And then they won't. And then they'll work... And then they won't. It got so frustrating that we stopped using them altogether. Sad.

    Bought for working from home and found it very uncomfortable to wear and the mic arm felt sharp enough to cut my fingers so I ended up returning it.

    We have small ears and often the over ear headphones are uncomfortable, but these pads are smaller and perfect
