    Just 2 months in and the mic doesn’t work. Up to then, it worked great.

      Hi Joelee, thank you for sharing your experience with the H390 headset. I'm sorry that the mic no longer works. Logitech does have a 2 year limited hardware warranty on the H390 and you can file a claim by visiting support.logi.com.     Pay the few extra bucks and get one that has better sound this one is meh at best

    Awful product. It keeps making an annoying loud high pitched noise when using it especially when using it on Vidyo or Skype. I ended up using it only for the microphone and I use my laptop speakers instead.

    the microphone cannot be adjusted to be closer to mouth they worked intermittantly with my dragon naturally speak program then wouldnt work at all within 2 months. purchaded an update on program and they wont work at all. logi brand usually good, not now too late to return

    Very easy to set up on my Windows computer. Clean sound and on call receiving end they can hear me very well.

    These have sat at my desk and been used a few times over the course of 2 months and they've now stopped working. Logitech, you have a 2-year warranty, but do you pay all of the shipping costs or do you make me partially responsible for your cost of bad quality?
