    I wouldn't recommend this product because USB cable for headset is very wonky and clumsy. You also have to make that the right light doesn't keep on blinking which adjust the volume

    I cant hear anything. Tried playing Elton Johns Greatest Hits with my boyfriend and nothing. Not a single sound... What a drag.

    I was under the impression it was compatible with my Chromebook. It did not work.

      The H390 does work with ChromeOS. You can try restarting your computer then re-connect the device. Re-seat to another USB port to see if it works.

    Too small. Pads sat on ears, not covered them. Tight on head, always squeezing my head. Very uncomfortable. They broke on the second day when I went to take them off.

    It was uncomfortable to wear after 30 minutes. The "noise canceling" microphone I was told rarely ever eliminated background noise. I'd say that you get what you pay for with this particular item.

    These worked great for 2 weeks and then the sounds started breaking up. Of course you only have 14 day's to return so now I'm stuck with them. DO NOT BUY!!!!

    Cost effective, plastic peels on ear pad badly

    Cost effective USB headset but I have owned 3 of these and the plastic peels badly on the ear piece, other issues are it's really dedicated to one side of your head vs the other because they are not symetrical so your wires are always hanging from the left side of your head, not good if computer you are plugged into is on the right side.

    Sound picked up from the microphone is LOW quality and worse than the mic on my desktop. Sound in headphones was ok. You get what you pay for

    Does not cancel background noice

    I bought this headset just because it had noise cancelling mic. I tested it throughly but it does not cancel any background noise. I am really disappointed.

      Sorry about that! Have you checked the USB cable connection to your computer? Also, try a different USB port on your computer and connect directly to your computer (do not use a USB hub). If the issue persists, reach out to Logi Support for further assistance.

    Left Speaker stopped working after 3 months

    Poor quality headset. The left side speaker stopped working after only 3 months. No wear on the headset, it just sits in my headset holder until I need to make the occasional call.

The H390 has a volume control on the cable for the headset, but its important to make sure that the default volume level on the computer settings is not set low preventing the volume from increasing.     I hated this headset. It's not very comfortable. They are not noise cancelling, my customers could hear my cat in the background.

    This item worked for all of one hour. Seemed fine at first, sound quality was good and then all of a sudden there was no sound at all.
