    Light weight and compact, but the touch pad / number pad is funky to use. It doesn't really come with Office, just a trial version with a required yearly subscription. Can't use the laptop without connecting it to a Microsoft account. What happened to being able to buy a computer and just use it the way you want.?.

    Too early to tell—I tried setting up my computer, and apparently there’s no WiFi driver set up so it won’t allow me to go any further. I’ve tried resetting and it still doesn’t help. The nearest Best Buy to me is about an hour drive so it’s not the most convenient to just up and exchange, but that seems like my only option at the point
