I honestly did not think I would like Apple TV+ but I fell in love almost immediately! I haven't seen too many programs or movies but the 5 shows I have started have become almost instant favorites and the movies have all been top notch as well. Friday night baseball for anyone who is interested and of course other sports packages like Soccer/Futbol are a great little perk. I recommend anyone get Apple TV+ or add it on to whatever streaming service you can (I.e. Prime) and you will not be disappointed.

Buying a new phone is usually very tedious. I travel a lot for business and I need a business type cell phone. I like the convenience of whipping out the stylus and handwriting notes on the phone. But I needed to upgrade from my old Galaxy Note 8 that I loved, but the battery didn't last as long and it started doing some wonky things. I don't like Apple Phones for many reasons and have always preferred Samsung. So the Galaxy S24 Ultra was my choice. This time purchasing it was a pleasure. The Samsung Rep was in store and actually handled my purchase from start to finish. Although another gentleman was there and assisted as well. She looked up Verizon account and explained everything. She noted I was paying quite a lot for insurance but with the Best Buy plan I could save hundreds, have the Geek Squad if needed and it would be a walk in exchange if anything happened to the phone. She asked if I wanted them to transfer everything over from my old to my new phone at the store or home. I opted for home but asked what was involved. They even offered to start it at the store and I could continue it at home. It turned out it required a minimum of a 30% charge on my old phone, which I didn't have. So they offered to charge up my old phone while I was there. Which I took advantage of. This gave me time to ask questions and they didn't just walk away and leave me standing alone. Once the charge on my old phone was enough, they started the transfer. They said call if I had any issues or questions. By the time I got home the transfer was complete. Couldn't ask for better customer service. I was a pleasure to deal with the non-pushy helpful people.

Great option for trial. Many perks to having YouTube TV. We have an offer through our cell phone provider and definitely took advantage of the service.

The Apple TV platform & Free trials thru Best Buy is amazing! Apple has so many great movies & series -& keeps growing. I remember when The Morning Show was the only Apple TV show talked about at the “water cooler”. Times have changed in so many ways just since then….Apple TV is up there holding its own with all the other platforms - & I choose it over a few of the others. The price is good; and Best Buy offers such wonderful & fair trial periods… to be sure it’s a good fit. I appreciate that so much. I’m an Apple Fan! From phones to TV Platforms. Apple for the Win!

It' a great deal to have four free months of Apple TV+.

I have just experienced my first negative contact with the geek Squad. Nor really negative but, disappointing. I had a problem with my ipad and contacted the Geek Squad on line. Following an exceptionally ling hold time I was told that It wold be necessary for me t contact and make an appointment at by local Best Buy store and that he tech lind does not deal with the ipad. I followed by making an appointment for about a week later and prior to my appointment I received a call from the local store they told me that they did not work with ipad concerns. They sell them and advertise that they offer them and tech support for all of your electronics. Falls a little shout if you ask me. Sometimes I rvisit my reasoning for being a loyal customer for over 12 years????
