I was looking for a small inexpensive microwave for my office. I chose this one because the price was reasonable, looked nice in my office and I have generally done well with Insignia products. This one met my expectations. It handles small lunches and doesn't appear to require much power when operating.

I got this on a deal of the day. So the price was great. I wanted a smaller white microwave for my counter and this does the job just fine for what I use it for. And that's basically heating up coffee and leftovers. It will obviously take a little longer to cook bacon but it just takes a little longer than a 1000 watt microwave.

Easy to use, just press a number buttom and it will start autimatically (example press 1 and will star heating inmediatly with a 1min countdown) had a lot of preset options that are convenient. The microwave door open pressing a button (not like the one I had before that was a pull door) definitively great price for a great product. Purchased 4 months ago and working perfectly.

Nice compact size and good features for the money. Purchased on sale. Not sure if I'd pay full price for it. It was purchased for my elderly mother and she is happy with it except for it making a rattling noise when she used it. When I had a chance to look at it it turned out that the back was dented in and the fan was hitting it. Since I paid so little for it it wasn't worth the trouble of returning it so I bent it out and that solved the problem. Probably would have given it a 4 if it wasn't for that. They must have a QC problem at the manufacturing facility since the box it came in was in perfect condition. Inspect it carefully if you buy one.

I bought this because the kitchen in my new apartment is small. This cooks like a full size oven in a small space. Great features for a good price.

I am giving this five stars as I bought it for my mom to replace an old one that was not working any more. She loves it. It is easy to work and is just the right size for her to use upstairs to warm things in the morning. I got a great deal as it was a deal of the day. I highly recommend it.

Great for the cost Cheap and easy to use. Lightweight

This microwave is perfect . I don't have a lot of counter space so this fits nicely. it also appears to be well built compared to other microwaves that I have looked at in the stores. I always read reviews and ratings before I purchase an appliance and this microwave is just as I have read. The microwave operates very effectively and I love it. This was a great purchase.

This tiny, itsy-bitsy little microwave does more or less what it's supposed to. We've had no major issues with it so far, but MAN - it's weak. We put this in our office, and I'm used to a much more potent microwave at home, but you'll find you have to adjust / increase the time for all the stuff you want to cook or heat with this - at least for stuff coming right out of the freezer. It's kind of an adventure figuring out how long you ACTUALLY need to heat something since the directions on your food packages are usually developed for more powerful microwaves than this. And I don't mean an exciting adventure - like grabbing a golden idol off a pedestal, swapping a bag of sand of similar weight, and running for your life from a giant boulder that wants to crush you. I mean a stupid adventure like walking back and forth to the microwave, cursing all the while because you have to keep heating your food over again cause it wasn't in there long enough, and eventually eating food that's either undercooked and gross or overcooked (because you guessed wrong) and still gross. If I'd been spending my own money - or if I'm ever in the market for a new microwave at home - I'd not have pinched pennies. Get one with more than 700 watts.

Not bad for single person. Price is reasonable and performance is great.

Small size fit perfectly in a tight space. Works as I would expect from a microwave this small. Use at our basement bar. Kids use it mostly to heat up regular size bags of popcorn and it does the job. Pretty basic but does the job I bought it for. Happy with this purchase. Looks nice too.

GREAT PRICE EASY TO USE TAKES UP LITTLE SPACE LOOKS GOOD

If you are looking for something for a smaller counter area this is the best bang you can get. I bought this when separating and no longer needed a microwave that was just as big as an oven. Works well not real loud and melt's butter for my popcorn all the same :)

Heats up very well very quiet fits perfect on the counter

This appliance doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a higher priced microwave but it does have a digital display, a clock and a few automatic cooking buttons. It is small and works for us at our lake cabin. It is quite lightweight so we have it located in a safe spot where it won't get easily bumped.

Bought this for my daughter's dorm room. Size is perfect for the limited space and sits easily on top of her microfridge. Power seems fine for her needs - heat up water, make popcorn, etc. Just don't expect to do anything big.
