Great addition to purchase. I bought the PC for my 10-year-old son and thought this was a great value just in case he spills something on the keyboard it'll be covered for the next year.

So far I haven't have issue but great customer service.

I am very satisfied with the PC that I was given for Christmas. it runs well it has had almost no technical problems and as of now I can tell that as a Pre-Built PC it can leave anyone satisfied as the performance has had no issues for half a year now. If you ever want a PC but don't have the budget or motivation to build your own, this is a great budget friendly pick for you

I've been customer for many years and always my Squad to get my kids computers and software and much much more fixed if any issues. So when I get an issues the guys at the Squad are the ones who solve all my issues. Very happy to pay for my yearly service. Feel confident using all my devices/computers etc. knowing they are there for us.

My son called the Best Buy Geek squad with a question about his new gaming computer, they were able to remote in and show him how to fix the problem and give tips on how to improve the performance of the computer, it was solved on the 1st try and was never an issue after.
