I am so very glad that I purchased this Geek Squad Service. I've already had cause to call in for assistance 3 times since I purchased it after buying my new home and moving here to Missouri from Texas about 5 months ago. I was diagnosed with cancer nearly 5 yrs. ago and was then turned over to hospice and not expected to live. All of the Radiation caused nerve damage and I lost most of the use of one hand and part of the other. The Chemo triggered a horrible form of dementia. After being miraculously healed of Cancer and released from Hospice all of the rest really put me behind as I muddled my way out of the dementia. It's been such a long journey, so when I get a bit confused and simply pick up the phone to call for help figuring things out from the Geek Squad it truly has been a life saver for me. I love this laptop! It runs smoothly, has plenty of storage space, and has incredible graphics. The only thing I'd change is that there isn't a little light to tell you that your caps lock is on.

I was really glad i had adding warranty because the st pete geeks squad are great they helped me everytime with my labtops. and even help my kids learn the right way to use their laptop for school and how to care for them

Geeks squad was kind and patient. I went in to get my lap top fixed. They gave me a gift card instead because it couldn’t be fixed.

i didnt need to use the protection but when spending so much money on an open box product its nice having the reassurance that they can help if needed

Good accidental damage protection for an expensive new laptop. Surely hope that I never need this, but it is comforting to have the coverage there if I need it.

Decent price knowing that I will be using this laptop everyday. Definitely read what it covers though.

I haven’t had to use this yet but once my warranty runs out I’ll be happy I choose an extra insurance for my work computer. I’ve previously used their services and they give a quick turn around and great customer service.

If you're a student or a professional and you're going to spend a lot on a laptop or any expensive product I definitely recommend getting a protection plan.

Geek Squad is a great investment. I haven't needed to use them often, but the two times I did were good experiences.
