Never go without our warranty. Super easy to replace devices when you get a warrantyvthrough best buy. Never have an issue when we need to use our warranty.

This warranty is the best on the market. They respond quickly and it really works. Excellent product.

I was able to have a static drive placed in my wife's laptop, have the latest operating system installed and have her files restored. The plan was about the price had I paid only for the services just mentioned, and it included installing screen protectors on our two new phones. In addition, it covers all of our computing devices in the home for the duration of the coverage. What's not to like?

I love their protection plan!!! It has served me well. My son trnds to drop our tablets from time to time. They are always friendly. When they have to send it off and it cant be fixed I get a gift card that is usually worth more than i orginally paid.

I have had 2 incidences where my expensive electronic wasn't working properly. I simply take it in and go to the counter, explain whats happening and have had my broken device switched out for a brand new one. You are given the option of getting the same item or upgrading to a newer one and paying the difference. My advice to you is: Spend the extra $30 on the warranty. It might think its pricey and not want to spend the extra money on top of your pricey purchase, but its worth it!

The geek squad agents are awesome. Very intelligent and definately helpfull when you don't quite understand the functions or the capabilities of the products Best Buy sells. I highly recommend investing in the geek squad agents warranties because they have helped me on several occasions. Even though I'm Tech Savvy and know the ins and outs of cmputers, I know that there will always be problems that need an expert. And just like buying a car, when does it happen? Right after the warranty so I always take the extended "Geek Squad" Warranty. And it has never failed me yet. They guys know what they are doing and I don't have to worry about hunting around for a "good tech" that doesn't cost an arm an a leg. Because I planned on the price in the beginning. I'm covered. :) Love these guys.

I bought a Samsung tablet with a Geek Squad warranty, one day it accidentally fell into the water, it stopped working. I made the claim through Geek Squad and in a few days they solved it, refunding me all the money for the product I had purchased

I purchased the 2-year protection since my son is small and most likely he would end up breaking it or something happening to it which was great because I ended up having to use it went in there with no problem had it exchanged the only thing I had to purchase the 2-year protection again which cost another 30 $40 so I'm not sure if that's really a great deal still cuz each time you use it you still have to pay money

I purchased a geek squad warranty for 1 year at the local best buy store where I live and I purchased my plan the same day I bought my tablet and I would like to say that the service I received from geek squad was great because the geek squad employee helped me setup my device and also helped me register my tablet with them and also how fast and convenient to make a appointment for service or a technical support was just great and the service i received from geek squad was great as well

haven't "used" this service on the device I bought (Galaxy Tab S6). interaction with GS accidental coverage was excellent for a diff. device. they quickly physically verified my broken screen processed my deductible and I had a new device the next day. worth the cost for high end mobile devices susceptible to droppage, $200 deductible (no monthly fee) or $1000+ for a brand new device without the coverage.

I was looking for an affordable devise for my husband for his online books, and a e-reader kindle seemed a little too expensive for the size. So this was my next best option. And it is great, since it's only for reading, it works smoothly.

It worth the money who wants to end up with an expensive paper weight if it breaks.

I buy exclusively from Best Buy because they have the best protection program. I love it!
