So I bought a camera and 2 days later I scratched the lens. With my protection through geek squad, I made an appointment and had it exchanged same day! Took less than 15 mins!

I've replaced 3 GoPros this way, and the only problem has been the GoPros! This warranty/replacement process is very easy, I just wish the GoPros weren't failing all the time. Needless to say I will be buying this insurance for every GoPro I get, because history would show it's only a matter of time before I need to activate it.

Great purchase for travel vlogging. The camera is small and compact. I love the variety of accessories that are available to purchase that are equip for the camera and your clogging needs (swimming, biking, etc). The camera has great quality and selections in such a small package. Issues: - Battery life - Having to remove battery cover every time you put camera in mic case. - Overheating of camera when in mic case - Doesn’t fit mic case with back screen protector on

If you shell out more than a few hundred bucks on something, it's wise to get the protection plan. If you never use it... oh well. But there will be that one time (like dropping a $800 camera) where you'll be glad you had it. Out of the dozens of times I got this, I've used it twice. Best Buy replaced my products without hassle.

You need this for any accidents. It’s good peace of mind when you are buying tech products.

I've never had an issue getting something replaced or fixed through Geek Squad. Unlike other service providers, Geek squad actually comes through on their word and doesn't leave the customer with an additional burden after an accident.

I swear by the geek squad warranty, it is well worth it on anything you buy at Best Buy!! For example, My daughters Kindle stopped working, she has had it for almost 3 years, was just a few days shy of the warranty expiring, took it in & got full amount I originally paid!!! Crazy right? we then bought a new kindle & of course of the warranty!! Also make sure on the more expensive items you get the longest warranty offered! cause not all items will offer you a renewal each year so be sure to ask

one of my best things to have bought in best buy. my so. had accidentally broke his camera and they replaced it no questions asked!!! note if you break the replacement camera you will have to pay to get another replacement but it will be alot cheaper

If you are starting off as a photographer this is a perfect camera for you. You can also find this camera online with instructions and how to use videos. The quality this camera is very good so I do recommend it. Don't forget to get an extra battery.

My very first camera i bought it 4 years ago i still av it it's a great camera very sentimental to me on my journey and it still av a lot to offer in today's world

Haven’t used my geek squad warranty for my current purchase but when I used them in the past never had a problem.I will continue to use them and recommend them.
