I have purchased several of the Microsoft Surface Pros. There are some things that others have stock, but I'm doing it works great for the drafting. I want to be able to track my surface with exact GPS.

I love this protection that I put it on everything that I buy from Best buy they give me a piece of mind send me a lot of money especially when I buy things for my little one I know that it is protected

I prefer to buy my electronics at best buy because of the ease of receiving quality care when things go wrong. Often you have to really advocate for yourself with the staff almost like they are trained to deny you service but once you get them on board their service is usually great. I had one really hard instance that makes this purchase my last time with best buy if it happens again. This is my third surface from BB. I bought a Surface 4 still going great and got support. Then for my partner I got a new Microsoft Go at best buy, few months later the screen got cracked with a drop. They said they wont replace the screen but the whole computer. We got it replaced but it came back unusably slow. We returned it and the second one came back also unusably slow. No matter how many time we asked them why we could barely run word processor on it they just said it was the computers specs but before we gave it to them it ran better and they should sell computers that cant handle more than one web tab or a word processor. I wont trust their refurbished goods in the future and just hope this isnt an issue again.

Thankfully didn't need to ever use these guys but would have if needed to to.

I bought the Geek Squad insurance with my Mom's tablet. It gives her comfort knowing she can call or go and speak in person to a tech for anything!

Feels good to know that I have some protection for atleast a year. Update: Not gonna take away from geek squad but for the purchase of the device already gave me protection plan for free, i kinda knew that already but my wife wanted to pay the extra for geek squad protection. Guess let yall know about if and when have to use it.

it is always worth it to get geek squad protection in my opinion!

Very polite and curtious attentive .Paying close attention to detail and to the problems you are having with your appliances. Wow these folks are Smart. I highly Recommend investing into one of the Geek Squad protection plans there is one for every budget.

I am so excited for this new tablet. My older one was eight years old and very slow. It has more memory and was easy to setup.

Love it! ❤️ Bought it for Christmas for my wife, I use it so the time though. It's everything we thought it would be an bs then some! Would buy it again, definitely! World change just 1 thing, would not a screen protector! Buying 1 asap!
