I am so excited for this new tablet. My older one was eight years old and very slow. It has more memory and was easy to setup.

I’ve never really had anything broken just yet to where they would have to fix it. But, on the other hand. There was a time where I would purchase something and if it stopped working or wasn’t charging like it’s suppose to. It would get exchanged out no questions asked. Best Buy is always helping customers out from my experience.

The 2-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection Is Definitely a Must To Have. In case of any unfortunate accidents with your merchandise and/or products in which you purchase from Best Buy you should not leave without FIRST purchasing the 2-Year Accidental Protection Plan. Believe me it will save you money, just in case something happens to your items.

Grandson dropped and cracked screen and it was problem free hassle to replace walked in with damaged one and left out of store with brand new device in box,now that's a great warranty and grandson is happy

The geek squad answered a hard question I had before I purchased a galaxy s6 lite, a memory card using a exFAT format works when using extremely large files, even when connected to a tv using DEX for videos.

GET THIS!!! ESPECIALLY IF YOURE CLUMSY OR HAVE KIDS LOL. I PURCHASED THIS WITH MY MICROSOFT SURFACE PRO 7 AND MY SON BROKE MY LAPTOP LITERALLY A WEEK BEFORE MY WARRANTY EXPIRED, TURNS OUT THEY CANT REPLACE THE SCREEN ON MY LAPTOP SO I ENDED UP GETTING A WHOLE NEW MONITOR!!

Just perfect, they don’t make it hard if they see is not gonna work they just exchange the product Geek squad is just perfect , and very friendly and kind, GREAT INSURANCE

If you own electronics and you have kids, purchasing an extended warranty four laptops and other items is crucial. I have never had a problem with service from Best Buy so I don’t have a problem with purchasing service plans.

Its always a good idea to get the protection, try to think about how youre using the product and the environment it will be in. For my mose costly electronice i always have them plugged into a ups that has automatic voltage regulation. I would like to see a better assessment of coverage options. Most just go by cost of the product, but if they really stood by quality of the items being brought in , that would provide a better scheme for coverage options.

Once again, Geek Squad never disappoints! When my tablet broke! We sent it in to get repaired, it was not repairable so we got a refund towards a new tablet! Awesome service!

Its a little expensive but its good to know if you have a problem there somewhere to get help. It would be nice if you didn't have to repurchase it once its used to replace the tablet. It would be nice if you could get it at half off if you have to replace it.

I haven't personally had to use this service yet but I have been told that this service is amazing and fixes an issue relatively fast

You have to have Geek Squad protection! I have covered all devices I have purchased from here with it. The have always been great at fixing and returning quickly.
