I always purchase the best buy warranties, specially because I have bad luck with electronics. Its good to know that i have protection in case something goes wrong. I haven't needed to use my geek squad protection but when i do, i know that it's going to save me a whole lot of money. Do yourself a favor and buy it, its a small purchase to protect your big purchase.

Love this product. Does everything that I want it to do and very easy to use and the graphics are also great. Use this for our construction company.

The agent installed my tv to my bedroom wall. I already had an Apple TV which he reconnected to my new Samsung 43 in tv. If I buy a bigger tv for my bedroom, geek squad recommended that I have them come out before hand. To make sure I have enough space on my wall.

I would say on most of my electronics (worth anything) I always usually add the Geek Squad protection plan. Its worth the money to add just in case anything were to happen. I've only had to use the plan benefits a hand full of times but it paid for itself in those cases.

I purchased this protection plan when I purchased a tablet for my grandson to do virtual learning. He's been taking care of his tablet so far so there's no need to use it, at lease not yet. It was affordable and something I don't think you can go wrong having.

Anytime I have ever had any trouble with my devices best buy always fixed the problem. I would never go anywhere else . I rather wait til they have the item then to go somewhere else

Geek Squad , thank you so very much for fixing our computer after we had been hacked !!!! What an awful situation, they have gave us reassurance that they would do the best they could to “ fix it” . And they did !!!!! Worth every penny to have Geek Squad protection.

Do NOT regret not buying this coverage... worth it. I buy Geek Squad with anything that is an electronic - anytime I have had a problem - they are fast, efficient and worth it! Coverage is transferable too - handy!

I have purchased this protection before and it paid for itself. I have three young children and they are hard on their tablets. The protection plan replaced what the Squad could not repair with no out of pocket cost to me. Excellent!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I talked with a Geek Squad expert for about 3 minutes, and they were able to take my symptoms and ascertain that the device was hosed, that it should be returned. That is a sign of a good expert, that they will make the right decision with authority when needed.

I had an issue with my daughters laptop. made point end to take it in, geek squad guy sent an email with what was wrong and how to purchase needed repair parts.. took said parts in and bam! few days later laptop alll good and dad didn’t have to pay any other fees. I like
