Bought the geek squad protection as the devise was for my kids. These type of protection arw always needed especially with kids devices

Having this protection is needed, although I only used it twice within the 1-year I had it. The question below ask "would I recommend it to a friend?" my answer is yes / and no, if you are nontechic then YES...

i recommend getting this if you're buying a tablet for your child or for any things really, they can help replace your item if it breaks

I purchased a two year warranty for my son’s tablet. I was told that if anything happens to it (ex: my son breaks it), all I have to do is bring it in and they will either fix it or replace it. I rated it 3 stars because I haven’t needed to use this service, yet. If there comes a time that I will need to use it, and if the issue is covered and there’s no problem replacing or fixing it, then I will re-rate it.

I never believed I’m extended warranty’s but now I wouldn’t buy any electronic equipment with out this BestBuy warranty. My daughter dropped her $1,800. Laptop and broke the case and screen. Best it replaced it for free.

my daughter's laptop wasn't working and bc of this protection plan she was able to get a brand new laptop and an upgrade only had to pay for the protection again bc the protection of 2 years was done. Not a bad price to pay to get everything new

Great to have for small children especially knowing how irresponsible they can be.

I purchased this warranty when buying my new Samsung laptop, but I've not had to use the warranty yet. But I'm glad that the warranty is here in case it's needed, although I've never needed a warranty on a Samsung product.

Hope will not need to ever use, but unfortunately same tablet purchased not even a moth old was defective and was given hard time when tried to exchange it.

I hardly ever had used once for my tv remotely replacement and it was very smooth transection. I would recommend to ever user to get Geek Squad protection with their electronics. Best-Buy Geek Squad protection are one the best you could get from best-buy.

I had this service on a previous laptop and near the end of it's expiration my laptop gave out. It wasn't a quick process but they did fix it and I didn't lose any data so well worth it and purchased for my current laptop. My son still uses my old one.

Bought this because of the price and features. It's not bad but, I feel like the newer generation tablets in this line would give me more of what I truly need from a tablet.
