The battery on my tablet was running out very fast. The geek squad member was happy to help me out and replace my old table with a new one.

the agents replaced the screen on my tablet. they also notified me of every step they took to be able to replace the screen.

What is taking so long?

If is taking forever to get bac km a tablet that I turned in weeks ago. I'm fairly certain they need to just give me a new one. Not sure what's taking so long. Oh, and they were very rude about the appointment times they do now. They schedule blocks of time which are 20 minutes long. I assumed that was my window to come and drop it off. No, they want you to come at te beginning of that time frame. I was a little late and live over 30 minutes away. When I arrived, the kid told me I had to reschedule. He was literally standing there doing nothing. Very annoying and rude. I would still recommend getting a warranty, though. Best Buy typically has a great policy.

I never used it but it was good to know I had it just in case. My only recommendation is that a percentage should be refunded due to lack of use.

I love that if ANYTHING goes wrong or breaks, it's covered. I can take my purchase in to the store and if it's an easy fix they fix it and if it's by suck an easy fix they replace it.

I always get the geek squad protection plan, if the product is over $100, well worth it.
