    Best Buy often sends gift cards that are not properly activated. You will run into issues redeeming some of them and you will waste time calling Best Buy support who has no clue what I am even talking about. I just spent 16 minute already on the phone just to explain to the agent that 2 gift cards from 2 orders are NOT working. Not sure why it has to be this hard. And this is not the first time Best Buy delivered unactivated cards. Agent just came back after 5 minutes just to transfer me to a different department. 21 min already wasted. I don't think I will buy another giftcards from Best Buy. too much hassle.
