Very slow

Worked great right out of the box. Easy to set up, easy for him to navigate through the apps. Love the detachable Bluetooth keyboard.

Wanted for 84 year old Grandma - would not work

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased for my 84 year old mother who keeps messing up the Windows PC (installs viruses, clicks on the wrong icons, keeps getting locked out, and cannot adjust the volume (same daily request for months). I figured if it can be dummied for little kids, it would work. But, it was ridiculously hard to configure (I'm a 9/10 techy), strip out all the games and kid junk, I could add Netflix, email and Facebook, but then there was the speed. My fire tablets are 100 mb, my phone is 790, PC is 950 (1 gig), but this was only 14 mb--next to the AX11000 router (two in-house) and unusable from her room (which is still strong, but the antenna must be weak). Plus, the video struggled with artifacts along the bottom. I tried to make it work, I loved the concept, but they killed too much to make it work. I returned it and got an 11.2" Lenovo Chromebook for $79 (super deal)--fast, 64 gb plus micro SD, have removed all confusing items. Works great.
