This is a great laptop. I love the size/weight. The screen is not too small and everything is very clear. OLED is not yet available on these laptops, but I'm very happy with the current screen technology.
The machine is quick, totally silent, beautifully engineered with the feel of quality. I replaced my 2020 Macbook Pro M1 with this model and already love it.
The keyboard is superb. Love the touchpad! Backlit keys are easily visible in a dark setting. Everything has steadily improved with the latest version of IOS.
Couild I have kept my 2020 Macbook? Sure. Not a thing wrong with it. I just wanted a lighter laptop and the price and features on this model are hard to beat.
No way are there competing models in the Windows lineup. They are nice and do ok but the new Macs are far faster and better machines.
