Great upgrade!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picked the 14" cause it's perfect for the size.Also m5 upgrade was way better from my 2012.only thing i don't like about it is it gets scratched way to easy now.Other than that everything was great and it was on sale when i got it Black Friday.

The sales team was super nice to me, worked with me to find the best alternative for what I wanted, were very patient in explaining everything, and also open an exception to let me bring the charger for my traded in computer the next day (I personally offered them to keep my ID as a guarantee and brought the charged the following day). The product was in excellent shape, looked like new. I’m extremely satisfied with the purchase and the sales team that helped me out.

I've used it for three months and the only bad thing about it is the battery doesn't seem to stay charged for long; other than that, it's great!
