I bought it when it was on sale... so price was cheaper and it is performing much better than i thought

What’s not to love this computer is awesome I have been looking for a long time to find a good computer for a reasonable price and I came upon this one after reading the reviews I made up my mind that this is the one for me I am so glad I got this it has everything you want I even ordered a second one for my son you can’t go wrong with this

Arrived timely and well boxed. Has taken days to download all the updates and may still not be done. Has gotten somewhat slower as a result, but is still very responsive for the initial minor workload. The screen's content is very "crisp" and easy to see. The touchpad has pros and cons: hard get the fingers correctly on the left and right "buttons" without moving the cursor on the screen. Not enough tactile definition for the corners of the touchpad for me. May put tape at corners temporarily to get that tactile contrast. The overall feel of the case and keyboard is very good to date. The touch screen is not as sensitive as I expected, but does work very well. It takes time, however, to determine when to use the touchscreen, touchpad, or keyboard. Sometimes all are require to do some ordinary things. Perhaps the methods are there, just not intuitively obvious. I don't anticipate any problem using this PC for the intended purpose. The wi-fi connection dropped suddenly on one occasion, though not one other wifi device in the same proximity followed suit. So, it will take several weeks or months to determine how stable and truly workable this pc is. But, at this time, it appears to be a very good buy for the intended use. I have had HP products before, but always with issues. I've had a Gateway Core i5 PC for several years. It hasn't failed yet.

This computer works very well for the price. It is fast and can do what you need it to.

I love the touchscreen and pen thatvcones with it. It is a great computer! So worth it!

This is christmas gift for my 13 year old daughter. She need computer to do her school homework (word, powerpoint, and web searching). I think it's good enough for basic performance. paid $399 on black friday. laptop is light and looks cool too. I removed games and unnecessary apps and become little bit faster. she loves the pen.

I bought this laptop as a Black Friday purchase for $400. It has been one of the best purchases I have made for this price. It came with the pen as well. I checked out quite a few laptops during the week, but when all was said and done, I settle on this one and I have no regrets. I love this laptop. It runs fast, very responsive and so easy to use.

I bought this laptop on Black Friday for a reduced price and I have been using it daily for about a week now. So far so good! I have loaded a couple of applications on it also and all is working to my satisfaction.

I was still using my 7-year-old college laptop, and I wanted something that could start more quickly. I mostly use the computer to complete freelance writing assignments, so I just needed the necessities, but I also enjoy taking pictures, so I wanted something that could handle large amounts of storage. I was torn between this computer and a Lenovo that had twice the hard drive capacity for a lower price. While I probably should not use cosmetics as a deciding factor, I liked the way the HP looked over the Lenovo, so I went with this computer. So far so good! It is very easy to use. I do not use the touchscreen as much as I thought I might. It is much faster than my old computer, but still seems a little slow considering it is new. However, living in a rural area, I sometimes wonder if it is the computer itself, or our internet connection.

I am giving this 4 star just because of it's weight. But design is very good. 14'' display is also nice and for daily use in this price range it is awesome. System performance is also very good. It would be better to get this in lighter weight.

This laptop is really nice. 2 in 1 laptop and one HP stylus pen included. Got it for sale at $400. The only thing I am not so into it is the screen solution. I am willing to pay extra to get a better resolution. Overall, it is still good.

this is my first laptop and I am using using it for school work , little bit gaming,and watching tv. it is 14'' hp pc. it has high image quality. touch screen works well. also it comes with pen. I love it so much. everything works excellent.

I really like the felling of the touchscreen. The possibility to fold and turn into a tablet. It's really nice. I really hate all those hp programs that came already pre-installed. Did a clean and now it runs smoothly.

Ok, so this laptop is ok. Not has bad as one might fear, but still solid. The screen folds around and the touch is good. The screen itself looks fine. CPU seems faster you would expect with an i3. The hard drive being that its a rotating disk is the biggest weakness of the computer. It's slow and I'm thinking someday of putting an SSD in it. The pen is included, which is really surprising at this price. Too bad it doesn't have an internal slot to store. I know its going to get lost. Oh, there is lots of extra software on board that needs to be getting rid of. In summary, as a cheap laptop, it meets the mark.

I bought this on black Friday 2017. its not a top of the line machine but the price was right and it meets my needs. everything is working as it should and it arrived on time. I am very satisfied with the product and with best buy.

Bought this for my grandson who is a high school freshman. Loves that it is touchscreen and can be put in tablet position. Bonus was the stylus for drawing which he enjoys. Great help and customer advice in store before purchase.

I purchased this pc because I needed portability and wanted flexibility. This machine gives me both with plenty of memory and disc space to boot! It's light, fast, and does the job. All at a great price. I couldn't be happier.

This computer is amazing and was a great deal on sale. Touch screen works great as well as the included pen. The convertible functionality is great for travel. Computer is not too late or heavy so traveling with it is easy.

We bought this laptop during the Black Friday Special event for $499. Overall, we think it was a good value. It brought a smart pen, good hard drive space, fast processor and clear led display. Highly recommend.
