Love the touch screen. Screen size is great. Not to heavy

First of all, let me say I dont always leave a review. I purchased this laptop as a replacement for a slow and older laptop. I don't tend to break my devices, but they do get old and annoying with constantly dropping off the network or in my case my printer. That being said, I was looking at an affordable device, fast enough for web browsing but mostly office work (word documents, email, printing). Budget was a concern and also quality, since I didn't want to replace in a few months. This device fit all my needs. The SSD drive makes it have a fast boot time. I'm sure its not the fastest out there, but it fits my budget and a huge difference from my old windows vista laptop. The keyboard is backlit, I didn't need that but now that I have it, it is nice to have, easy to type. Battery life is actually great, I was pleasantly surprised. I will advice, DO NOT KEEP it PLUGGED IN all the time. It doesn't look like the battery can be removed or replace as the old style laptops. My old one I keep plugged in and eventually damaged the battery in that if I unplugged the unit it would just die. Once the battery is charged unplug or when not in use. I would gladly recommend this laptop to anyone looking for a good budget laptop. The only con might be storage can be a bit low for some people. I don't need anything more than storing word documents, but just keep that in mind.

Nice features touchscreen is great lightweight great apps

This Laptop has come in very handy , has worked perfect since day one. Only hiccup was it didn't want to connect to my hp printer but tech support got it going in 20min. Other than that this is a great laptop works fast . SSD is amazing and that is what helps with the speed of this laptop. Battery works well !

so far i have been extremely happy with the Unit. I use it @ home to connect back to my Network @ My Office. I run go to my PC, while running 100% wireless I also running 3 Monitors and have Excel Running, My Service Program running on both ends with a few other small programs running in the back ground. I was very surprise with the capability and strength of the Laptop. If yoiu are looking for a work related piece that revolves around Windows Base Products and a few other mid level Programs this is a great Choice. I have all Dell Computers at my Office no cheap ones high end Equipment at my personal station I run 6 monitors 1- 48" curved Monitor for the Center Piece and Acer 27" on the side. So it is tapping into a large system that runs 32 G Ram 2050 Video Card ETC and I'm able to do what I need to do.......

Purchased the LAPTOP as a Christmas Gift for my wife. The LAPTOP is used mostly for social media, light office and heavily used for her home crafting and stamping hobbies. The double hard drives works great and boots up as fast as you can sign in. She really loves the use of the touch screen. Boots up really fast.

Bit heavy for me, under 120 lbs. I like them extremely light weight. However, my husband loves that is a bit heavier. Touchscreen is a plus when my daughter uses it. However, loves to play with the screen and drives me crazy as she realizes it works with her finger. Easy to use!

This was a much needed gift for someone working from home needing a good computer and 'open and go' features. The touch screen is a bonus. Sales navigated us through looking at everything at BB and steering us away from old operating systems. Happy!

I bought this after my 10 year old laptop needed replacing. I love it. Good price and does what I need. A store rep steered me to this after I almost bought a cheaper model. Good balance of cost and performance. I'm not using it for gaming or higher level functions but for general use it's great.

I really love the touch screen computer. It is light weight and has good graphics.

With Win 10 home version and not many bells and whistles, this remains a good solid machine. It seems reliable so far, an with regular shopping, surfing and emailing, along with the occasional game played, it has never crashed. The touch screen adds a bit of extra flexibility. If we wee to use it for much more, i would think it might need 8Gb more RAM, just to be comfortable.

This HP laptop is just what I was looking for. I don't have to carry it anywhere, it has a big enough screen to double as a small tv, and it has a disk drive, which I wanted. Not cutting edge, but fine for my needs, and the price was right.

It loads up fast. It's easy to navigate. I have space for pics, music, documents.
