I have enjoyed the full, touch screen. I am getting used to using the windows 10 feature. It is different from what I have been using. Very easy to use. Like the cd/dvd feature but had to research a way to use as this app is supposedly not available on windows 10. I also like the 8 GB of memory.

This is our first laptop and to my surprise it's been very enjoyable and easy to use.It was very simple to set up and quick we were able to begin using it literally in minutes I now look forward to having to use it to pay the bills and just surf..I really live the choice we made to get this one.

Nice laptop for casual needs, not a power gaming device but works well for web surfing and clerical needs for performing my role as a soccer program administrator and trainer. Kind of big, but not too heavy, and the larger screen is great for older eyes. Starts up and performs quickly thanks to the SSD. 10-key is nice, adds to the overall size, but is great when working with data.

Very affordable laptop. The speed is quite fast and has enough memory for my needs. I only stream and web browse and don’t anything other than that. I would recommend this laptop for people who only use for recreational purposes.

I bought my own Christmas present. I bought a new computer. I had an older one that was always getting over heated and decided it was time for me to splurge on me. This computer is an HP and it is wonderful. Not only does it not overheat, it is so easy to use and was great for the price.

This computer is fast and reliable. I just wish it had a bit more memory.

this laptop is great for running multiple applications light gaming and browsing streaming etc. solid-state drives provides quick access to windows maps with expandable memory available through an external hard drive resolution on the screen is fantastic movies play/stream excellent !

Our 9 year old laptop was a Lenovo and I never really liked it. This HP laptop has all the features I use and a friendly home screen. I love having a touch screen and the mousepad is responsive. I downloaded a free word processor that works great. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this computer for my folks because their computer was having issues. During set up, which was guided and fairly easy, we discovered it was not their computer but their ISP. Unfortunately then, I returned this computer as there was not anything wrong with their's. I would definitely consider this in the future for a replacement or an additional computer.

HP makes a solid computer here. The hard drive isn't massive, so depending on what you do, you may fill it up quickly. Though, as a solid state drive, the speed and stability is quite nice. Have not had any issues yet.

Good laptop, not great, but for the price good. Replaced a 10 year old Mac that couldn’t be upgraded anymore. Didn’t want to spend lots, screen size is good, not great to look at only straight on, can’t be used outside too much glare, this laptop does it’s job, just wishing for more....

I've always owned Dell computers so was looking for a new one when I came across this one. It had everything I needed and the 10 key pad as a bonus for me. I decided to give it a try and love it. So much faster than my old one and screen and sound is way better too.

I needed a new laptop but wanted one I could watch DVDs on because I no longer have a regular player. I also prefer using number key pads & the keyboard on this laptop has one. Overall it's a fast machine, the touch screen is very easy to use & am very happy with it.

So my hard drive blew up on my old college laptop and it was time to purchase a new one. The great employee in the computer department pointed this one out and I am loving it. It does all the basic stuff I need and the touch screen is great too. Totally recommend!

I bought this open box because they did not have a new one I saved $400 dollars I took it to geek squad and they went through it for free to make sure every thing was working, this pc is awesome touch screen cd player every thing and press button shut down

I bought it open box so it was less than the price of $399. For the price, it’s perfect for students because I cannot afford $1k laptops. The downside is 128ssd but you can upgrade it. I’m hoping this will last me for the next 2 years and than I’ll get a new one.
