My old computer crashed and I needed a new one Searched for a new one and found the best price at Best Buy and it shipped for free plus received it quickly. I like it and was easy to use. I write books and this is great for that.

Love this laptop. works great. Great price! I returned a different laptop from Dell because I wasn't happy with it, I got this one on exchange and I am not very happy. It wasn't that muchy more than the dell but works so much better.

This laptop is pretty nice both in form and function considering the price point. For the person looking for a good laptop for general computer needs, you can't go wrong with this unit. Plus a solid state hard drive to boot!

We got this as a gift for my 11year old , practical for school... it's touch screen, it performs great, can move it room to room easily, took a little time to set up initially, no complaints so far, it was a great purchase

We have enjoyed this HP laptop. It is much faster than our old computer. It is a full size laptop, but light, easily portable. Great to take on trips, but has all the functions of a full size computer. Would highly recommend.

This laptop is great. It has more functions than I will probably need, but for someone who has been out of the "tech world" for awhile I found it to be very easy to use. It was easy to integrate from a tablet to this laptop.

This is not the first HP computer I have purchased. I stay with them because they always meet my needs. This laptop is a little large to carry around but it is light weight. I am very happy with all the specifications it has.

I purchased this laptop for my daughter for college. It works well, not too heavy. I recommend adding Microsoft Office 365 subscription to get the most out of this laptop.

Prior to purchasing I was skeptical because I had a surface. I can say for my business and school this laptop has everything I need. I love the full number keyboard and the touchscreen. I have no complaints honestly.

I really loved my Toshiba laptop, but when I ruined it by spilling a large glass of water on it, I was forced to purchase a new laptop. This HP is really nice. It's fast and easy to use and has a lot of nice features.

I don't like tablets. I prefer laptops, and I find this HP laptop very good.It's just for everyday use. Thin, light and nicely priced... I have 6 HP mini desktops at my office and I am very happy with them as well...

Have really enjoyed learning the new operating system. The computer is totally customizable and has great storage and hardware for the price. Extatic with my purchase!

I needed a computer for being on the road for a few simple tasks and this one seemed like my best option. Great price and it has more than I need but still has some of those great features of models that cost more.

Bought this to have a spare PC for use in the office. It boots up quickly, and is quite reliable. Would be nice to have a 1080 screen, but I can't complain due to the price. I keep forgetting it has touchscreen too!

For my niece. Loved how easy it was to setup. Latest generation i3 and SSD make it snappy. You might want to upgrade to a 512GB SSD, and that would be easy with the online instructions at dell.com. My only complaint is the keyboard, but then I love my ThinkPad, which is 4 times as expensive!

My first experience with a lap top, so compared to a desk top, it's working out quite well! I still have a lot to learn about it's capabilities it will take time...since I'm old and not very computer literate!

It’s fast, it’s lightweight, it’s super convenient! I was able to edit a video using video clips, pics, & slides w music with relative ease. I’m not tech savvy, so that IS a BIG deal! Really happy w my laptop!!

This is my first touch screen PC laptop. This took a few moments to get use to touching the screen. Once I got the hang of it I have given my mouse away. It is amazing how my life has changed with this laptop.

Have been using it on a daily basis for over 2 years and it still works like a charm! Can also be used as a tablet and it is the fastest there is! Would recommend 100%!
