Was bought as a replacement for an older laptop, and it works exactly as expected. The solid state drive keeps program launches quick, and the amount of RAM is suitable for most casual use.

I love both my laptop computer and printer. I had the Geek Squad set it up in the store and all I had to do was hook up the printer and input my Wi-Fi when I got it home. So far, no problems.

Love my new HP computer. It was very easy to set up and get myself started. Great for beginners. Only downfall is having to buy separate Microsoft Office software and have to pay for it annually, but that seems to be the norm with all computers nowadays.

HP is my favorite computer brand. I have had Samsung and Lenovo, but will stick with HP from now on. This computer replaced my old laptop and has performed exactly as I need it to.

This laptop has it all. It has Netflix built in to work and play. It's also a touchscreen. It's a little larger than your normal laptop but it's pretty thin. Great for school.

I bought this laptop for my daughter.. And she loves it!!!! The SSD makes it extremely fast however limited in space. Easy fix just buy an external hard drive and problem solved!!!

touch screen with easy portability and usage charges quick and holds a charge for a good time period only bad point is no lighted keys

It is a fair value for what did him offer to me; however, I miss something like a lighted keyboard. The touch is a plus which improves a lot the experience once them their books on laptops.

This is a pretty well made laptop, very responsive touch-screen display, and durable for the price. Haven't ran into any issues regarding speed of the laptop so that's a plus.

My second laptop. I have had good results with this HP Laptop. It has a touch screen which is a plus. I would recommend it for someone who doesn't have a lot of IT knowledge.

This is a nice computer for the price point. Bought 2 of these so my daughters could access school web sites and do homework. It did end up a little bigger then I was originally looking for but I likes that it still had built in disc drives.

After having this laptop for three months and using it daily, I am now able to write a reliable review. This is a very good device that has a long lasting battery as well as the ability to "surf" the web and to connect to a wireless printer easily. Functions quite nicely as a "small business" computer for a home business device for my needs. Able to load programs onto it without issue. User friendly. Light, portable. Durable. I would strongly recommend this to anyone. And the price is simply right.
