After going through three different Dell laptops, I decided to get this HP laptop and I have to say that I love it!! I haven't had any issues with it so far. No freezing..crashing..sound not working..computer running super hot..this computer is excellent. It is fast and doesn't take forever to load a page like those Dell computers. I use it for school and other things and I am very satisfied!

This computer has met my business & personal needs without breaking the bank! Works just fine for my needs. Best Buy offers good equipment for decent prices!

The laptop is pretty fast, but when you click the Windows button, there are too many apps. It would be nice if the keyboard was backlit, but overall a great laptop.

I bought this computer for university and it’s amazing! It has a very fast intel i3 processor. I never hear any fan noise and it doesn’t heat up while doing extensive tasks. Great computer for anyone who needs it for most basic tasks like word documents or streaming Netflix. I wouldn’t recommend it for gaming anything like Call of Duty but it works great for Minecraft and Roblox. The 128 GB hard drive is fine for me but If you store a lot of photos I would recommend getting an external drive since 128 GB of solid state is not a lot of space.

This is a really good laptop for the price as I was able to get it on sale. Please do note that it does not allow you to connect to 5G wireless networks.
