Bought this on sale for 399. It’s faster then the more expensive I5 laptops but has the Ethernet port and a dvd/rw that the others did not. The ssd drive makes it very fast. Bought it for myself but now everyone is using it, considering getting a second so I have one to myself.

Went in store with a Chromebook in mind until the associate recommended this laptop. We needed something that we could use our current programs with and this fit the bill perfectly. Lightweight, fantastic clear touchscreen and long battery life. I would buy it again

I bought this as Christmas present for my mother-in-law and she loves it. It has plenty of speed for her and just enough storage space. However, for everything you get, you just can't beat the price.

Got it for going back to school. Runs nice and fast. Has plenty of space for my school work. I didnt really need the touchscreen but I find it easier now than using the mousepad

I bought this to replace a four year old Lenovo Yoga 2 Pro that suddenly died. I don't use a laptop a lot now but I still need one occasionally so I didn't want to spend too much. This laptop is good for browsing/Office and other general tasks. The battery seems okay 3-4 hours of you keep the brightness low. (I haven't used it a lot on extended battery, so I dint have a solid number yet.) It has some bloat ware on it, but setting up and removing it all took maybe an hour (and I was also installing my programs during that time). For future upgrading the SSD is a replaceable M.2 drive and there are two ram sockets with only one stick in it currently. Unfortunately although there is space for a 2.5in drive the required connection is not installed, so you can't add another drive. Also it's a bit of a pain to open. Overall it seems to be a good value laptop.

This computer has the speed which I like and I can store many photos and videos on it. I love the touchscreen and the keys are so smooth for easy typing.

I have been out of the “tech”world for some time now and was looking for a computer that was basically self teaching. That is exactly what I got! I even got a touchscreen to boot which was icing on the cake! The battery life is also an amazing feature I’m more than impressed with! I would highly recommend this product to anyone, including a first time user, you’ll fall in love for sure! Love HP products! I also own their printer! #1fan

We did a ton of research before going with this laptop. Now that I’ve had it for a year and a half, I can confidently say it was a great choice. I personally love the touchscreen feature, and the laptop itself runs well. I’d love a MacBook in theory, but I can never bring myself to pay the price. This has been a great laptop for working from home, streaming, and anything else I’ve needed it for.

Solid, great laptop for the price. Does everything I need. It’s light, great battery life, got a good deal.

Purchased this for my wife to use as a home/family computer. Setup took just a few minutes and even with printer setup, was fast and easy. The touchscreen is very responsive and web browsing is as well. Keep in mind the hard drive is not large but as a solid state, very fast. Very happy with purchase.

It’s worked well. Speed is fast. Not much lag time. Touch screen is a nice feature. Overall it has been a great laptop, especially for the price!

This is the best computer I ever had in my life. I feel very comfortable working with it every single day. It starts and turn off very quickly without any hesitation and works great with my high speed internet. I love this computer and the price was a very good deal. Great computer and I recommend it to everyone.

The product I bought was fantastic. One thing I liked about this laptop is that it is a touch screen. It is a little outsized but not so bad. I recommend this product to others who want a good laptop with an affordable price range. I am planning to buy the same brand for my daughter who in college.

It's fast although that maybe because I have yet to download anything new to my computer. The webcam is subpar, but I did not purchase it for that reason. It is a touchscreen computer. GB are depleted quickly and you are not actually getting the GB listed because it does not account for the gb needed for the computer system. It's a great first time computer and it's easy to use.

I LOVE this laptop! The performance speed is incredible. I have multiple browsers with multiple tabs open while I also have other word processing programs and other files open and it is still super fast. There is no waiting for it to turn on or load; everything starts up instantly. The battery life is pretty good and you can go for several hours watching shows and doing high level activities. It is lightweight and easy to carry and use! My favorite part is the touch screen. It makes it so much easier to use when you can just touch the screen to make selections, scroll, or get what you want. I am soooooooo happy with my purchase of this laptop. Do not go with a cheaper version - you will be be thrilled that you have this laptop.
