this laptop I think is the best bang for your buck plenty of options most laptops with the same options are double the price

I would recommend this computer for the average user. It is very user friendly and once turned on comes up within a few seconds. Have had a great experience with it thus far.

The touchscreen is a plus. I let my 4 and 5 year old grandchildren use the laptop and found it was easy to use for them.

This is truly a great laptop. It’s fast working, slim and sleek, and has a beautiful screen resolution. I needed a new laptop that wasn’t too expensive, but would have amazing quality...and this was hands down the winner! I’m so happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone!

I purchased in 8/18 after shopping for several years. My primary need is for general web activity. I have been using public access computers and public wi-fi for several years on my tablet and phone. This system met all my requirements allowing me better control over my data and activity. Only downside is I would have liked a better display and video card, BUT, not worth several hundred $ for a upgrade. I have had no issues with this computer or Windows 10 during my 4 months of use.

I wanted a laptop with faster start up time and a CD option. This HP met both requirements. The solid state drive has great start up.

I had this computer for six months and absolutely loved it. Then it started getting a little sluggish. I used it for school so multiple tabs open most of the time, watching videos etc.. One day I got a notice from the computer - not online - that it needed an update [I'm not a computer person at all so this was my bad] so I figured okay, it won't be sluggish anymore and I clicked okay on the update. It was a BIOS update and it crashed my mother board. Totally dead. I had to go out and buy a new computer that night so I could finish my assignment and turn it in on time. So please don't be as stupid as I was.

This laptop is perfect for small business applications. It is extremely fast with plenty of memory. I would have rated 5 stars however it is a little large and heavy for travel.

Purchased for our daughter for college. Works well for her studies. Nothing fancy but she didn’t need anything fancy.
