This laptop is an amazing value for all its features. I give it excellent rating for its performance. I love being able to use the keyboard and/or the touch screen. Another benefit is the light weight design. So glad I purchased an HP!!!

Solid product, touch screen is a nice added feature, solid state drive makes program response very fast. Comes with enough capability to run most programs you would need. Not a gamer, but solid computer. DVD drive is a nice addition

It was a great price for an SSD computer. Needed to get a 128 thumb drive because a 128 SSD is just not big enough with all the preloaded programs the factory puts on it. Anything over 128 G was double the price. Otherwise, fast and I expect it to way outlast my HD that had disc failure in 2 1/2 years.

I was scared to purchase because of the touch screen. I made it through my semester at school touch screen intact and I love it. The laptop is fast simple to use and loaded with features for school and leisure. Worth the buy!

This notebook is everything anyone who is not a pro needs. The 128 GB SSD reads quickly and will get you into your files fast. The touchscreen is responsive and follows the same gestures the mouse pad will, but the glossy finish will hold fingerprints so be prepared with a microfiber cloth. I have had zero issues with wifi connectivity and the Bluetooth connection is a nice touch. I have not attempted to use this for gaming so I cannot speak on the performance there. I will say at high volumes the speakers have peaked a few times. I will keep them just below the highest level, but it usually doesn't bother me as I tend to stick with headphones. Bottom line, if you need an all-rounder computer that does not make you regret the purchase go with this. I would equate this to buying a well equipped mid-tier car. This laptop? A Kia with leather and driver assistance.

Chose this because of the SSD and specs for the price. Still uses older Ethernet ports and CD-ROM drive (so it's heavier than newer models) but latest-gen Intel i3 and SSD make it snappy. Most others in this price cheap out on HDD and non-touchscreen (almost a must for Windows Laptops).

I was looking for an inexpensive laptop for the wife who uses the pc to surf the web. This laptop provides good performance with 8gb of memory and a ssd drive. So far it is much better than he dell computers I have purchased in the past. Also the touch screen is a nice feature.

Recently purchase this laptop, and definitely a great experience regarding easy of set up and use, after researching multiple brands that also had touch screen capabilities this was the best that I found.

The battery lasts me almost all day and is light. The touch screen really really come in best when I doubt feel like sing the touch pad or buttons. It’s easier to highlight what I want through touchscreen.

Fast, responsive, addable memory, touch screen. A very, very good laptop for the money. Has done everything I've needed it to ( not a gamer). Hooked up to network, printer, bluetooth, TV very easily.

I had to return a dell laptop because the screen was hard to see and it was clunky. I'm glad I did. This sails along just like i would expect. This is a good price for a fast matching. Time will tell as i am a casual user as i do most things on my samsung 9 phone or pad

I love my new HP laptop and updated features. It's lighter weight than my old Lenevo and is touch screen. It has HDMI and two ports for flash drive or wireless mouse, etc . It also have a CD drive.

So I purchased this laptop because I needed on for my online classes. And let me say I use this more then anything I own. I'm on it about 80%of the time. Great on battery, it's touchscreen and it's not heavy.

for the price (and I found an Open Box deal). It is very fast and the touch pad and touch screen are very sensitive. Much better than the Dell that I purchased a year ago in the same price range.

Okay listen, THIS IS THE BEST LAPTOP EVER ! I’m a college student ((meaning I’m broke all the time)) but I needed to get a new laptop ASAP and i was nervous about making the wrong choice, but y’all. I didn’t this laptop is amazing and I’m so grateful for it, the start up literally took seconds!! And the battery last for like ever ! ((Specially since I use it all the time for school)). You’re getting your moneys worth, if you get it. Take it from me I’ve had it for like a month so far and NOT ONE CLITCH. GETTTT ITTT

Needed a laptop because I'm starting school soon and this thing has been great. Awesome price for a touch screen laptop and it's fast which I like.

This laptop not only looks good but is fast at a blink of an eye. It talks, provides screen touch and there is movement of mouse or pointer. The battery life is much longer than most laptops. I am very please. I gave it 4 stars just in case. No issues so far

This is a very nice laptop and at a very affordable price. If your just browsing the internet or doing school work you can't go wrong. Also, the Touch-Screen is a nice added bonus.

Lightweight and so easy to setup and use. Use it on my cricut app. The touch screen is perfect for the ease of crafting and going on divergent sctreens. Just an all around laptop.
