Great for children

It's a great machine for his needs as he does not store alot of things on the hard drive. Since it only has a 128g hard drive, I purchased a 2T external drive for storage.

One of the best hp laptops

Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Having 4GB or RAM and 1TB of storage you can't complain for the price. The screen is brilliant and the sound speakers are fantastic. The battery life isn't bad. I haven’t stopped playing with my laptop. I thought I didn’t need a laptop and then I bought this one and it has everything I need and more. It’s so nice .

Great laptop for college for our son

We ended up finding a great deal on this HP model at Best Buy. The sales associate was extremely helpful. We qualified for a Best Buy Visa and financed it at 12 months, interest free!

great for what I need

I would refer this HP to all my friends. The only thing I do have a problem is, is with the Microsoft word and excel. I did not have to purchase with my Dell

Great laptop at great price

It was easy to start and setup some basic functions - browser and word processor that are open source, not Microsoft, without any problems. Very fast with SSD and touch screen.

Great little laptop for grad students on a budget

Super quick boot process. Only complaint was a small software glitch after only 3 months. Frustrating, but easily fixable with onboard diagnostics.
