Best Buy is the only place I buy laptops at. Love their service you get while purchasing one & the service setting it up. My HP works great & will be buying one for our don soon.

HP always provides quality technology. I use this in my classroom every day, sometimes 6 to 7 hours per day. It is easy to use and never malfunctions. I highly recommend this for anyone at any age.

Excellent value. I had to really pay attention when using Word, for a document. Part of my hand would hit something on the keyboard, and send the curser to a different location. Very unnerving until I finally sat higher so it was less of a problem. I would buy again.

I was looking for a simple computer for my son to do his school work. I have had problems with cheap computers in the past. based on the reviews I decided to go with this one and it is running great.

My old HP is running strong after a Geek squad tune up. The new works great and I have it hooked up to the new Canon color Lazer printer. The geek squad helpful tips has got me off and running!

I bought this as an extra laptop and has now become my primary working computer starts up quick WiFi works great and with multiple programs open works like a charm. Great battery life as well.

Outstanding laptop especially at this price point. The SSD drive is very fast, won't ever go back to the old hard drives. Not any where near as much bloatware to get rid of as my Dell laptop.

The computer did not come with instructions. Some of the buttons are different and hard to find. Some of the buttons, I have no idea what they are for, and no easy way to find out. I like the touch screen.

This laptop was fine for what I needed it for. I just need some personal home office work. I have no complaints. Unfortunately I spilled water in it. It’s dead now.

Bought this for someone in attending college (Electronic Engineer) and in less than 2 years this computer crashed the mother board and we have to already had to upgrade the computer. Not sure this is a not a good computer.

Bought this laptop for my nephew to use when he is at my house. Uses it to do his homework, search the web for homework and play some games. Works really well for his after school needs.

my main goal for a laptop was for schooling and this is even more than that. i could watch 10 hours of netflix while typing a paper and my computer will still be going strong! great

After manually transfering desired programs and data everything worked better and faster than 5 yr old laptop. Best new feature- previous accessed folders can be found with one click.

I work from home — mostly spreadsheets and documents — and this little laptop is exactly what I need. I especially like the 10-key on the keyboard. That makes my work so much easier.

Works great for what I need it for. Not a high computer use person so I didn’t needed anything special. I use it for school to type papers and check emails. Does everything I need!

Best laptop I have ever owned. Used four years through under grad and currently in third year of graduate school. Still fast and plenty of memory!

I purchased this laptop for my wife and she is totally satisfied with it. She just uses it for e mail and a few games. We have relly poor satelitie internet service so basic is great.

This laptop is Solid State, and is even faster at processing than I thought it would be. I have had no problems with it, enjoy using it, and would purchase it again. It's a keeper.
