I first bought a cheaper laptop at Best Buy and found it wouldn’t do the job. I returned it to Best Buy and got this one. It was perfect.

The computer is nice and runs at a good pace. Not a fast machine and not much memory but I work off an external hard drive. It suits my needs and would work well for any student or light work.

After so many years my Sony Viao finally broke but I wasn't gonna spend but so much on a replacement, this laptop was perfect has just enough storage and the speed is amazing.

The laptop is exactly what I needed, and the Geek Squad service contract has already been used to fix a problem on another device. I'm happy with both the computer and the service.

This HP computer really lives up to the HP name and reputation. Light, yet fully loaded with features and capacity and simplicity of use. Very good for college students.

I've owned more than a dozen laptops over the years, but this one with the Solid State Drive ( SSD ) is the best, it has no noise because no cooling fan, is a very good value too.

I had some issues trying to set up the new computer and had to use a local technology company to complete the process. Once everything was up and running, I am satisfied with the computer's performance. Still learning some aspects of Windows 10.

Needed a new laptop PC with Windows10 OS. Light weight, good tactile keyboard with numeric keypad. Excellent screen brightness and resolution. Handles video streaming very well.

I like this laptop but the touchscreen sensitivity isn’t as easy as a tablet. I’ve used other touchscreen laptops that are quicker but overall this laptop is inexpensive but still does what I need.

This is a replacement computer for my business. The old Lenovo I had finally but the dust while I was om the road working. Processor is fast and efficient. No problems so far.

Good size screen, easy to operate for those who are computer challenge. Little slow when I first turn it on. Last computer had lots of problems from day 1, but not my new HP.

Plenty of power for light home or personal use, internet surfing, streaming, and office apps. Ready to go right out of the box, even had a promo for discounted MS Office!

Needed a family home and travel laptop. This met the need in both price and capability. 90% used for web browsing and MS Office Word, PPT. Nice that it has a Blue-Ray drive so we can watch movies while on vacation. Good enough for our needs!

For my purposes, as a retiree, it allows me to keep up with my friends and family on facebook. The screen is crystal clear; the keyboard is easily accessible. Perfect for me.

I hadn't purchased a computer in 15 years. It was long overdue and I went with the HP laptop because I worked for them 20 years ago and believe in their product reputation.

I purchased this computer after several failed attempts on other computers. This was purchased for school and now I'm using it to work from home.

So far so good. Touch screen is very responsive and boot up is also quick. Storage isn't that much but I knew that grabbing this laptop and also battery life kinda sucks.

I bought this for my daughter to do school work. So far so good. Plenty powerful enough for moderate computing. Not to big abs easy for her to transport in a backpack.
