    We bought this for our daughter. Works good. Had a glitch after an update but HP Customer Service helped us through it. Customer Service was a little bit of a pain to work with. All in all not too bad though.

    Great for work and home use.. only downside is processor is not as fast as I expected. Store display model was a higher end model so could not test drive the actual model. Still no regrets at all. Great buy

    Only disappointment is the lack of wireless AC which means no 5GHz WiFi. Has a SSD which is ideal and good battery life.
