Great laptop for work. Easy to use. Touch screen is helpful. Only downfall I know of is keyboard doesn't light up. So as long as you got light its good.

Bought this laptop for my kids. They do a pretty good job navigating it. The battery life works good too. Down side I can't get the DVD player to work and after windows updating my speakers are no longer working. I purchased the year protection plan and after calling best buy they said they couldn't help unless I purchased the geek squad plan. If I could get these problems fixed I would of rated it a 5 but no speakers and no DVD player kinda a big deal!

Speed is great. The screen isn't as high definition as expected. All other features are very good. The internet connection is faster as expected.
