Works great, except for the sound.

I tried every adjustment and contacted HP to download the patch, but it didn't work. So, I took the computer to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. The Technician had the sound problem fixed in a few minutes.

Needed a Desktop Replacement

After looking at the options, we felt getting a laptop would be the best choice. This one had more features than the desktop and the portability was a plus. Good quality and easy setup. I like the number of port it had and made connecting a USB hub to it a breeze. The screen is good resolution to work off all day.

Great package

It was worth the wait. I got a bundle with word and Geek squad protection. Thus machine works as expected, efficient, quick, lightwait and sleek. I got this laptop to replace my 25 year old hp desktop that served me well until she turned over and died. The only problem I had was that it didn’t come in a different color .

Love, love, love this laptop

It has everything I want. I can play movies and dvds (yes, I am old fashioned); I can watch YouTube to my heart's content. I can write documents and email them or print as needed. I am not a gamer, so that's not important to me. A great workhorse of a machine that lets me write in multiple languages with a click. I would buy it again in a heartbeat!
