Reliable laptop for home use

The screen is sharp and the keyboard touch is good. We would recommend this to any student or other household member. It should meet all basic computer needs. Note that this laptop is not used for gaming or watching videos, so no comment can be made regarding its performance for these purposes.

Really decent laptop for price

Having solid state drive backup helps with defragmentation. The upgrade of 4 extra gigs to 12 makes a huge difference. Cons: kind of bulky compared to the envy. Windows ink pen is not equipped. Not a 2 in 1. Not much a difference between gen 7 to gen 8 Intel chip. Not a fan of black keyboard area. Screen is not in ultra 4k graphics.

I didn't give it a full 5 stars because it seems to be a little slow when I am on the internet. I'm not sure if this is due to my home internet service or because of the laptop. But my connection is supposed to be quite good and don't have issues on my desk top. Still need to explore the laptop more, but like the little bit I've used so far.
