I looked at bestbuy online but decided to go to the store instead. I thought i wanted a 17 in laptop but after seeing them in person i realized that 15.6 was actually better. Sales person was very helpful and i am very happy with my purchase

Got this for my wife. She's not a gamer or streams movies. It's perfect for her to surf the web do basic office things. And the lack of physical hard drive is fine because she keeps everything on an attached external book.

My wife purchased this computer mostly for her quilting projects. This computer has a lot of storage and is easy to use. She needed a computer that has great color definition as she designs a lot of her quilts I highly recommend this computer.

This laptop is no surprise as id done extensive research and comparison, with a focus on value. Excellent value. What stood out to me is the customer service while interacting with the store based Geek Squad. Excellent service. Great value.

I needed a new laptop, as I had fried my old laptop by charging it for an extended period of time. This one has all the capabilities of my old HP and more! I am still in the learning stage as what it can do, but so far I love it! Would definitely recommend it.

I was looking for a computer that would help me to pay bills, surf the net, and run common software (Office, etc). Surprised that Microsoft went to subscription only for Office. That's there only reason I give this 4 stars. Otherwise it's perfect for my needs.

The touch operation is inconsistent--either soft or hard. We were disappointed that some of the software had to be loaded at home, as we are not tech savvy. The clock on the laptop is set at west coast time and we cannot yet figure out how to change it!

So far so good. SSD drive means this starts in a flash! I bought this for my middle schooler and so far this has been a very good purchase. I compared lesser priced models in-store and for the value this is a great buy.

I run small businesses and I bought this computer as a back up so that should my workhorse quit on my at the worst moment, I am covered, I like the value that I received and like all that the computer offers.

Enjoy the large screen. Weight is not bad even due to larger size. Great graphics and sound quality. Familiar with HP quality and can say after a couple of months it appears that this laptop is of good quality!

This computer is great for its price. The processor is pretty fast and the initial setup is easy. I am impressed with the graphics as well as storage. I would recommend this laptop to all friends and family.

Nice computer to replace my laptop that died. This is not fancy, but has everything I need to travel with and it has CD ROM drive which is hard to find on a laptop anymore. I also love the real feel keyboard.

I find the computer to be very touchy compared with my old one. The lightest touch changes the screen...ARG!!! Other then that, the computer works quickly and I like the touch screen.

Love the size of this laptop. The one I replaced was too long & not easily portable. I MUST have the right-side keypad & some laptops are too large when this feature is included. Not this one! I love it!

This is a good priced PC for someone that does not stay on the PC constantly. I really needed a manual to use it because I am not that computer knowledgeable. I have had one PC before this one and it was great so I stayed with HP.

When I tell you this wss a great buy I mean it. This laptop was under $500 and came with the works. Perfect size and amount of ram. U for 2 for both teenagers and have not gotten any complaints

This is a good laptop - my last one was an HP and lasted for many years until it was just too out of date. I really like how the speakers are located above the keyboard instead of under the laptop.
