A great laptop for the price as it has a solid state drive and a touch screen plus a sturdy chassis. Going to be used for some basic office needs and a little bit of travel so it should do the job.

I found this laptop to perform well for general use like Spreadsheets, Word Processing and Presentations. Web browsing was also good. WIFI reception was very good. Unit is relatively light weight compared to my previous laptop.

I was looking for a laptop that I could do simple things like social media, surfing the internet or use Microsoft Office. However, I didn't want to spend nearly $1000 for a laptop with all the "bells and whistles." This laptop has the features I wanted and gave me a little more. With the Intel Core i5, 128GB Solid State Drive, this thing is more than I needed, that's a plus! Also the price was very reasonable and the physical appearance of the laptop is nice too. Overall, this isn't your computer to play the latest games on or work on very complicated programs, this is more for your simple tasks and leisure fun.

I really like my computer. It so much faster than my last one. It is light weight and easy to carry. I wish it had a better power cord to it. I had to replace it before the year was out. I do miss my larger screen

Great battery life. Quick recovery charging system. Keys are larger than other products. Easy set up with the H/P recognition ability. Will purchase H/P when the time presents itself.

Love that its a great laptop for my daughter that is starting college without breaking your wallet, its touchscreen and not heavy at all overall ho has a great technical support

I am not computer savvy. I am learning and making progress slowly. Love that I can sit with my feet up. It is a great machine and I will be able to do all I want and need on it.

This is a good laptop, everything works fine. I like the touchscreen. The screen/image quality could be better, it's not horrible or anything. Everything seems fair for the price. I got it on sale.

Light, sleek, and responsive. Touchscreen is nice. Intel processor provides the stable power you'd expect and the Solid State drive makes loading times a thing of the past.

Love the touchscreen with a second monitor added on. More than enough RAM for what I need and backed up SSD with 2Tb external. Back in business! Can't beat the price.

This is my second Laptop, both of them are from HP. This one is a touch screen and has voice demand, with and excellent design. It`s really amazing for $500.

Purchased PC for work/Home applications. I really enjoy the touch screen. And because I may not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, I Really enjoy everything working every time as it should! If you are looking for a notebook/Laptop (what do ya call these things now-a-days?), this one has the power, speed,1 memory, and cool features for most all applications. And if you need more, just add More! Am very satisfied with this purchase. (The first unit failed; I took it back and very easily received a new one).

This was a gift for my teen son, is a great laptop, it has a SSD unit so it starts really fast, its touchscreen make it so comfortable, great buy.

Good Performance for a laptop this size. Solid state hard drive pays off in speed to boot and save. touch screen is very nice and responsive. Have not found a negative yet.

Great laptop/touchscreen the downfall is the built in wireless network card stinks. Quick $15 fix but a USB network card.
