Great laptop for the price. Did everything i needed it to do and then some. I just didn't like the display. But for the price I couldn't complain.

A little pricey, am on a fixed income and did not want to spend that much since I am not computer smart I had to also pay another price for them to put my data on new one.

Has been the devise that was needed in the home office. When the grandkids come over they enjoy being able to play something on it and I am able to take care of my business endeavors easily.

I bought this for a friend and when her tv malfunctioned, she used this for NETFLIX viewing. She had a blast! I uploaded her virus and security programs with only slight annoyance, but internet surfing was pretty good.

Got this laptop when my Toshiba finally gave out. It was pretty easy to set up and easy to get used to. I think the keys need a bit more pressure than i'm used to, but my family disagrees. Great computer for the price.

I am a senior citizen and this is only my second laptop in 6 years. I am happy with my purchase. I find the keyboard comfortable and easy to read. I had Geek Squad do the setup for me and I have had no problems.

The computer was everything I wanted, I5, SSD, 12 GB memory, dvd drive, touch screen, and great price. The only problem is that the keys and touch pad and touch screen, were too hard to press, especially for click and drag. Touch pad was not very responsive. I have had carpal tunnel, and still have some weakness in my right hand, so it was causing discomfort, in typing, and moving the around the touch pad and moving the touch screen. For someone with issues like mine, I cant reccommend.

HP support aside, 3 days after purchase HP wanted 170.00 to fix a software issue their software no less) It runs Adobe suite, vinyl cutting software (versions). Having Windows ink is great for quick sketches as well.

We purchased the computer to do a home office. we've been using the computer diligently and have had no problems or glitches with it. It is fit our expectations completely and we are happy with this purchase.

I bought a certified refurbished/open box item. The computer has some glitches (webpages freezes sometimes for example) compared to my last computer but nothing major. It is light weight and turns on fast so far.

Well, i have to tell that computer is not bad, but if you read the previous reviews the series of this hp product does the falilures that people describe: for example, sometimes i press more than once the power button, sometimes the computer screen flickers, and the battery doesnt hold much time, when youre using it at its full profile for speed and responsiveness. Its not a bad product but it makes my think that 8th gen of intel processors is not what i expected. And for last, the screen is not so responsive as i thought it would be. I give it a 7 because with taxes vas 546.99 as total amount!

Love love love my new HP Laptop! Can't wait to start using the art apps and start adding more apps to it, and really use it for everything, from editing photos, sketching designs, etc.

This computer has all the specs I need to facilitate meetings and take notes. Also, the speed of the processor allows me to move from document to document with ease and quickness.

I really only needed a supplement to my IPad, and this fit the bill perfectly. I’ve pretty much switched to Mac, so it took me a little while to get the feel for windows again, but overall I have no complaints!

This computer was simple to set up and has great features for the system I need. Processing speed is good, I use it for Mircosoft Office, looking up research, and email. I have no problems going back and forth

I love my HP Laptop, and how easy it is to use for everyday bill paying, socializing, reading news, fb, and I can take it anywhere that there's wifi, and still work on my projects!

This computer has enough RAM to handle most programs. The SSD means a quick boot and data transfer. Plastic structure is decent and doesn't feel fragile. I highly recommend it!

The picture is great and we like very much the off-white frame in stead of black. Fits nice in our kitchen spot. Was very easy to set up to work with DirecTV remote control.

i was looking for a laptop for basic everyday use and have been really happy with this one. Im sure it will do a lot more that what Im using it for, but for now its perfect.

The computer would be OK if it had an operating system that was user friendly. Windows 10 is way too complicated for someone who isn't computer literate.
