SALESPERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL FINDING ME A LAPTOP COMPARABLE IN FEATURES TO THE ONE THAT DIED. HAD THE GEEK SQUAD XFER FILES FROM OLD DRIVE TO NEW. VERY HAPPY THAT IT WORKED.

I purchased this HP laptop to be used as a beginner system for our college freshman. I’m sure with the many functions, it will exceed our expectations with many years of use.

Great for high school ap course load. Handles multiple programs beingopen at one time. Does Not have 5g wifi connection which is needed at my child's school.

Got this laptop for my Aunt to replace much older laptop. She uses daily for general email, internet, social media, etc.... Works great for her and she reports no issues.

I purchased this computer for three kids 6-12 and they utilize the computer for school and gaming. The graphics are excellent and the computer has served our family well.

No problems with the devices. however, had much issues with the internet software. Had to have it fixed and reinstalled. I'm not a very happy camper with Microsoft. Computer itself I would buy again.

I bought this computer for my mom. It's perfect for her as she is going to use it to send emails and search the web. She didn't like typing on her tablet all the time.

It was a difficult adjustment because I was use to having an Apple Mac. but the compputer is averyi nice laptop.

Purchased to use when on the road. Didn't need anything really expensive to work remotely and this laptop is meeting both budget and remote computing requirements.

Great laptop for general use. Startup is fast, and it appears to process quickly. It would be better if the keyboard was backlit or the keys could be lighted for work in rooms with dim lighting.

Great products for school will do everything I need and more. I have owned this ite. For more years and don't want anything else.

this laptops got great performance. more than enough ram with 12 GB and the solid state puts it over the top. the only thing i would change is get rid of the touch screen and up the resolution

Purchased for ease of use and speed. Does both very well. Boots up in under ten seconds,I am 73 year old technically challenged and this is straight forward to use.
