This was a great buy and an awesome laptop! Its lightning fast, graphics are amazing, and very easy to use.

I purchased new at the store. There were problems from the beginning. Had a problem with set up and had to call Geek Squad for help. The computer shut itself down then would come back up. The 3rd time turning it on, the screen locked up for over 24 hours. When I took it back in the store was told it needed updating and that would take 6 to 8 hours! It was a brand new computer!! I never got the chance to actually use the computer so I can't say how user friendly it was. I asked for a refund since I had only had it a few days and was well within my return time. After a much heated discussion, my money was refunded. May have been just a fluke but I will not be purchasing this computer again.

This laptop came with ample storage, RAM and a high speed processor. Did not need to upgrade anything.

Purchased for a friend who likes it very much. While the SSD is relatively low, you can extend it to a TB for less than $100

This laptop does all the basics and fit my budget. It's thin and fits my briefcase, has good battery life and a clear screen.
