The computer works excellent but the fact that it is not compatible for 5 ghz internet is so bad that I cannot recommend this product. I can not connect wirelessly to any cable internet. If i would have noticed this before i would not have bought the computer.

This laptop was used to replace a fleet of work laptops and it turned out to perform great.

When I bought this laptop in July no one told me the specifics of it. I open it last night and I find out that I can only access the 2.4 GHz channel and not the 5 GHz channel. There is a huge difference in internet speeds between the 2 channels. I decided to call the store and see if maybe I could exchange it because no one told me of this lack of feature in the laptop but they said they can't do anything for me. It is very disappointing to pay $600-$700 for a laptop and it wouldn't have the ability to use the 5 GHz wifi channel. You would think that paying that price for a laptop would give a simple feature like that but apparently not. This is something that the sales associates should notify the customer before buying the laptop because that is a very important feature to have. Now I'm stuck with this laptop that can only get up to 30 Mbps. Thanks Best Buy!

This laptop is still working fine. Never had any problem still now.

Had this almost 2 yrs now and it hasn't slowed down yet. Lots of storage.

Super fast with ssd drive. Not crammed with bloatware so easy to get functional like I wanted.

Boots up super fast. Not a big fan of the 1TB drive being on a D drive. C drives fill up fast. Still recommend.
