The one negative that makes this computer undesirable for me is the old WiFi chip included which doesn’t allow me to access higher bandwidth on xfinity.

This computer came highly recommended by the sales associate so I took his word and purchased it. I then took it to Geek Squad to have my information from my other computer transferred over. All was fine until I got home with the new computer. It does NOT hold a WIFI connection. I tried every which way and it would not hold. I had Comcast come to my home as Best Buy assured me it was my internet server. Nope. I returned it and got another one. Waited 3 days for my next computer losing business as I use my computer for work and guess what? Same thing. It appears this particular computer DOES NOT HOLD A WIFI CONNECTION. Best Buy assured me that was not the case but as it turns out if you read the reviews that is what the people who bought this have reported. Lesson learned READ THE REVIEWS before purchasing.

Disappointed in no 5G Internet connection. Not happy with the Geek Squad set up. Did the bare minimum. Laptop does function well. Have not even tried the touch screen.

This is a good computer. The only thing I do not like is the way the keyboard and mouse pad are so close together you end up pressing it on accident often.

No major problems. Will not be typing much on it as I can not get my hands and fingers away from whatever causes the keyboard to jump somewhere in space.

Not quite the quality I had hoped for but it does what I need. The screen is not as clear as previous brands. Will choose another brand next time.

Some of the software is already not downloading right !! I'm Taking it to geek squad for medical help !! Tomorrow ... Hope they can fix it ......

If you’re like me and occasionally have to run certain programs that only work on a pc, then this laptop is for you

Is a little slow at times. The Microsoft Edge installed does not work the best so switched to Chrome. Keyboard has a few keys that stick.

A good computer for simple tasks. Set up was easy and it works pretty well but the screen is dark and I have not found a way to brighten it.

Sound did not work out of the box. Spent 2 hrs on forums, and a lot of similar complaints. Nothing worked. Restored to factory settings, still no sound. Returning it.

Inlike the laptop but though memory and processor would be better good for just work stuff and I wouldn't use if for fruity loop

New pc could not download anything.still having trouble with apps. I need instructions to learn how to use windows ten.

Unfortunately, the laptop started giving off "Bad_Pool_Calls" errors right away. Had to start updating drivers etc.

Overall, it works fine. However, one week after the purchase, we experienced a major problem and all of the software we installed gone and we lost sound. It took 5 hours for hours to be able to speak to an agent. They eventually solved the sound issue but we had to reinstall all of the software.

The laptop is okay but if I have to do it all over again I probably would purchase something else.

Good for school and work. A little heavy in weight and is no easy to carry in shoulder bag.

Laptop is slightly heavy and the buttons need to be clicked harder to get the work done

WORKED great, for 18 months. No warning, just died. Did not drop, no spills. HP will not honor extended warranty .Previous HP laptop lasted under 2 years as well. Would like to get it fixed anyway, will call Geek Squad. Will not buy HP anymore, Best Buy stock up on Other Computer Companies.
