To conference a call the camera is really really fuzzy. The battery life is not even 8 hours. Sometimes the mouse will jump all over the place for no reason at all.

Has too many glitches

The person on the phone from the Geek Squad said to return it immediately. I switched it for the same Dell model and it burned my lap. Took it back and chose this HP. It has so many glitches that I'm going to have to take it to the in-store Geek Squad, one problem at a time, because it will take so long for them to straighten things out. At least it doesn't burn my lap.
