Great price. Great computer. Highly recommend to others.

I don't like the fact that you must unplug the power every time you turn off the computer and that I had to buy an easy store for extra space because the computer doesn't have enough or could lose my files. I don't trust the cloud to keep my files private. I do like the feel of the computer and the fact that it is very light weight.

It was easy to setup and get started. We loaded basic Microsoft office on the computer. We are not a heavy user of computer operating power. Our main need is hard drive space. We do not use the computer to play computer games. We would recommend this unit for an average home user.

Great touch screen for a low price with awesome speed.

This is my first laptop and it was affordable for college! It’s pretty basic but lightweight and has a touch screen and I love that it still has a disk drive to play a dvd if I wanted.

Hp Touchscreen laptop working good so far, it is cost effective. I encourage other people to buy it. It is perfect for work and for students to study. It is very useful in multitasking also. Core i5 processor and integrated graphics gives a smooth running. This is the first silver color computer I had, I love this color.

This laptop is super fast, I just came from an Asus with AMD processor on regular HDD bought last year and it took ages just to boot up, so frustrating. SSD is defiantly the way to go. Laptop feels very sturdy and excellent build. Speakers are great as well. No complaints.

This computer is fast, the picture quality is wonderful, and if you're technologically challenged like me, you'll find it is intuitive and easy to use. I am glad I invested in this laptop, it is a quality product which I enjoy watching dvds or listening to music with.

This HP probably twice the speed of my prior one, so I love that. I was disappointed to see, however, that the letters on the keys were wearing down within two weeks! Maybe HP or Best Buy should give a set of key stickers if HP can't produce a keyboard that doesn't wear down so quickly. They're not cheap!

Always liked HPs. This one is perfect if you're not asking too much of it i.e. serious gaming etc. Handles most everything pretty good. Easy to use and light weight. Touchscreen is a neat feature but not really practical for this setup. Overall very satisfied.

I love this computer-it is so fast. I do wish that it came with more written instructions that I could read (I am 68 years old and get frustrated trying to find on computer how to work it)l Other than that; this computer provides the speed that I need for daily use.

I don't live by laptops so I'm not your average laptop user. I use this to trouble shoot servers and workstations. My main reason for picking this was the SSD. A must have to reduce boot up times since the typical state for this laptop is power off. Good graphics.

This laptop works really well it's got a decent big screen color is good and moves exceptionally fast I like that very much that you can see when the capital lettering is pressed I don't have any issues with it for the price I can't complain I got a pretty good product

So far I am completely happy with this purchase. No problems, the picturce is right to the point. It is light weight, everything I need is already installed on the pc. I would definitely recommend spending the extra cash to purchased the hp.

I love my new HP Laptop. After swearing off HP, I went back when my Toshiba broke the hinge on my. It was time. The HP was a great price and I loved the feel of the keyboard. So far I am very happy. The touch screen is fantastic also.

This laptop comes with a 8th generation core i5, a touchscreen display, a camera and a disc on side which i do like especially i do make recordings to a dvd disc which most of the laptops now dont have or can purchase it separately....

This laptop is great for personal use, not enough memory for remote work that I do. It is fast and dependable. My daughter liked it so much that she has taken it over for her school work. Would buy again with a bigger hard drive.

I purchased this laptop mainly for checking my work email (using outlook) and for regular basic web surfing. This laptop boots up quickly. I am able to have multiple sites opened and it does not slow down. I also chose this laptop because I wanted speed over storage space. I have a portable 1TB hard drive so getting this laptop with only 128gb of storage is perfect. The SSD makes it much faster than my previous HP laptop with a HDD. It is quieter, can't really tell it is on. Doesn't really get hot either. The battery life is decent when compared to other laptops. Only downside is that it can't connect to my 5ghz internet. It can only connect to the 2.4ghz option but internet speed still remains fast. This is a great basic laptop for the price. Definitely recommend for basic use.

I wasnt sure about purchasing a solid state drive but it has changed my world. I hardly ever used my last laptop because it took so long to boot and was heavy. This is quick loading and very light. Very happy with this purchase.

Purchased as a gift for my 10 year old grandson, he loves it, tells me so every time we're together. "It's a touch screen" he says, I think it's a tough screen...he carries it everywhere. Certainly recommend this lap top.
