Love the touchscreen feature on my new laptop. Geek squad is the best

I love this laptop, so lightweight and easy to use. Setup was quick.

I love my first HP laptop and it's touchscreen use..It took 20 min to set up with the help of Cordana ( kinda like an Alexa ) I Love the Keyboard..And the screen is bright beautiful colors for my photography.. I sometimes use a stylus pen to touch the screen..but screen cleans great with a microfiber wipe.. Laptop is lightweight & also works with Bluetooth..

Just what I was looking for in a computer and at a reasonable price.

My son has had no problems with any of the games he’s played on this laptop even though it’s not technically a gaming computer. I’m sure a pro gamer wouldn’t be satisfied with it, but my son hasn’t complained about anything, and he would certainly let me know if he were having problems!

It's easy to use. I love the touchscreen and it is the perfect size.

I wanted to get an updated latptop because my previous one was getting really slow and starting to have issues. I looked at several and finally, after talking to associate, chose this one. I'm quite happy with it and for the price couldn't be beat!

Generally satisfied with my new HP computer, but there are some glitches which I'm trying to contend with. One of the things I'm adjusting to is the larger keypad that has the numerals on the far right This addition is resulting in my often correctly positioning my fingers on the wrong keys. I guess I'll adjust..

this system is great for the price, runs office and web perfectly.

Light weight, fast, efficient, just what I needed in a laptop....

I haven't had this laptop very long, but so far it has performed well, was easy to set up, and was as advertised with no surprises. I was pleased that it came with a minimum of "bloatware" or preloaded junk programs that I'm not interested in. It's nice to still be able to find a laptop with a DVD/CD drive.

Best laptop with afforable price and it is working nicely

This is a good laptop for the price. It is basically good enough to do everything except for high end gaming. It will play some games decently. We don't want it for games though. I would recommend this laptop for almost everyone but the high end gamer, who needs the best and fastest video card and processor.

It is a nice computer. I like that is lightweight and strong.

battery life not as stated. too many things preloaded that I do not want or need. [let me download my own]. slow start up, freezes, feels flimsy, already had a suspected hard drive issue and was replaced with a new one. new one is not that much better. didn't pay a lot for this, so get what I paid for, but I expected better. Loved my last HP laptop, had it for ten years [yes really] this one I don't like and not sure how long it will last.
